Waterfront Beach Cottage

If you are looking for a place to spend time with your children, extended family members, friends, or new acquaintances; Point Breeze is the perfect House. There are so many amenities I will list just a few to make awesome memories: The location of Point Breeze is perfect for any type of activities you may want to do. The sunrises are great from the outdoor TV Pit, a very comfortable outdoor living space and also great for sleeping outside. The west side of the deck has a perfect area for Dinners or snacks and watching the sunset everyday. The South deck has a full view of the Gulf and the North deck has a wonderful view of the Sound. All the decks have a lot of comfortable seating and lounge chairs. I cannot say enough about the inside of the house. Everything is clean, with all kinds of seating for a large family, or just a couple. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cooking in doors or outside. There are 2 charcoal grills furnished. There are even beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards, 2 hammocks, swings, and khakis. This house is convenient to all the shops on the island and restaurants. We fished from the dock every night and caught a lot of great fish. Awesome House. I could go on and on because we stayed there 3 weeks and i would go back tomorrow.

Perfect stay. Clean, well stocked home with all the beach and outdoor gear you could need. Best location fishing and crabbing in the channel and beach access right across the street.

We had the best time during our stay for Spring Break! The cottage was so cute and very clean. We were only a short walk from the beach and never dealt with crowds. The host was very nice and always responded.quickly. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great property with lots of fun things to do and the porches are wonderful!

Love the dock, kayaking, fishing, ping-pong table. Kids had a blast. More convenient to stay at a single- family home then condo with my 6 grandkids. I could be in-doors fixing something to eat and they could be outside enjoying themselves. The porch and sliders offered an excellent view of them on the dock.

This beach beach house is by far one of the best beach homes we've ever stayed in!!! The inside was super cute, more than enough room and space. The beach is also just a short walk. Also enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon to bring to the beach, helpful when traveling!! Definitely will be back!!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was very clean and Jennifer had everything we need and other things we didn’t know we needed. She as very responsive although we had no issues during our stay. Great place for couples or families.

Loved the location, access to nature, porches all around, and even a tv on the deck!

Master Shower was not good. Handheld Wand hard to bath with . Nice House good AC !

We had alot of fun here with all the amenities and easy beach access couldnt be any better

This is a very cool property and families would love it. We were scouting a place for our family. Most of the family is six foot plus. Alpine cottage is not the best fit. The porch is the place to live other than sleeping and grooming.The house has a canel on one side and view of the beach on other end of house. The owners have kayaks, boats, cornball, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. If you are a family with children over six, this is the place to bring them

Great place, beautiful views, lots of extra amenities, generously stocked kitchen, super responsive management. Would stay there again!
