Water Island Cottage with a View

This cottage was absolutely perfect for two people. It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was great for making simple meals, which made the stay even more convenient. The view is truly unbeatable—nothing but the ocean right in front of you. It doesn’t get better than that. The host was helpful and accommodating, and there was plenty of space to park our golf cart, which made getting around easy. We loved our time on Water Island and would definitely stay here again.

Water island is fun and a little peaceful island, the snow cones are so fun to get that are near the cottage. We went on a whim and didn't plan anything which was fine but also recommend getting a golf cart ;) walking to the beach is totally fine/easy and walking the island is fun! We did a boat charter and that was fun, snorkeling and floating taco bar! Brian was great with us very professional! Book the cottage!!! For a low key peaceful vacation :)

This cottage is perfect. Quiet, great views, and comfortably stocked with everything you need. I have stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

We had a great time, beautiful property. Nice small town island vibe. Everything was clean and worked well. Beautiful walk to the beach. She has a backup generator, so when the island had power issues we were good to go! Great communication and prompt responses.

Home is small, but has everything you could need. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, and a 5 star patio with gorgeous water views. Host lives next store, but this place is completely private and QUIET. Just serene. Host was available and responsive for any and all questions. Sweet place!

Having some dining furniture would be welcome. Did quite a bit of cooking, not really a good spot to eat.Everything else was great.

Perfect for a couple. The kitchen had everything you needed to eat in. The East facing patio was great to watch the sunrise and cool down in the early evening.The Casita had AC but we found it unnecessary as the East facing location captured the trade winds and you could hear the surf below at night.Cortney was prompt in her responses, self check-in a breeze.

Had a great time! Very relaxing island life.

Above and and beyond, I will be staying again. This property was private and so clean. Can’t wait to stay again!

Visiting from St. Croix was easy flight in the sea plane and jumping on the ferry with simple instructions to get into the place from Cortney. We arrive to find the villa fully provision as ordered, which made getting comfortable super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and the Homie feel of the property. Perfect base for exploring on Water Island enjoying the beach at honeymoon and day tripping on St. Thomas in St. John.

This was our first trip to the USVI and on a whim we chose Water Island. It did not disappoint! The property was perfect, and what a view! We enjoyed the back patio in the morning to watch the sunrise and see the cruise ships roll in and in the evening we had tortoises visit and just enjoyed the breeze. Cortney was the perfect host and responded quickly every time I had a question. Great snorkeling on Honeymoon and Limestone beaches. Heidi’s had amazing fish tacos and Sunday breakfast. We also played BINGO and watched the Saturday night movie in the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

We could not have asked for a better time on Water Island! The island was laid back and fun, the cottage was cozy, adorable and well appointed - exactly what we were hoping for and anticipating. And our hosts were just fabulous - very attentive and kind. We can’t wait to come back!

So cosy, comfortable everything you need is there quiet, peaceful and beautiful.

First, the island. Best vacation we’ve ever had. The cottage: everything as advertised and more. Location, communication, tips, responsiveness, I can’t say enough good things about this island, this cottage, and these hosts. My wife and I don’t usually return to the same place but we already want to go back. Loved it.

The island is a great oasis for someone looking to recharge their batteries. The cottage location is perfect with an amazing view. There is no hustle or bustle to entertain you but there is beautiful water, amazing scenery, and wonderfully friendly islanders to meet.

This cottage is perfect for a solo traveler or couple that wants an easy, relaxing experience. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating, while respecting our privacy. This was our second time staying at this cottage, and we plan to return!
