Description

2 Seatown is a newly renovated coastal cottage in Lossiemouth, designed to be warm, accessible and environmentally responsible. The single-storey layout features wide doorways and level access to the seafront, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility and for relaxed, easy holidays. High levels of insulation, underfloor heating from an air-source heat pump, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and triple-glazed windows ensure excellent comfort year-round. Solar PV and batterystorage reduce the property’s carbon footprint.

The cottage will be set up for two guests, with provision for a third via a sofa bed in the open-plan living area. Dogs will be welcome and there are flat coastal walks from the door. While finishing touches are ongoing, the property will be ready to welcome guests soon.
