Perfect location, close to campus but far enough to be out of the crowd. Jaclyn provided everything and more that we could have needed for our weekend!
Perfect spot for a weekend trip. Cozy and clean. Property owners very responsive and helpful.
I must say this was a nice cozy stay. The owner was extremely friendly and lives on site should you have any concerns or issues. The Cozy Cottage was extremely clean, rooms were cozy and a kitchen should you want to prepare a meal. The bathroom is on the smaller side should you have mobility issues. We were fine, it suited our needs. There was a fenced in yard so that we could let the fur babies out to do their business. I would recommend should you be in the area. Will definitely keep this one in mind if and when I return to the area!!
We were moving to Knoxville and needed a place to stay for one night before closing on new home. This home was so cute. Owners were wonderful!
Jaclyn was a great host. The property was stocked with everything you could need, very thoughtful. The place was clean, well decorated, with great accommodations. Jaclyn was also very flexible during the booking process.
Well appointed cottage. Quiet, comfortable, and very clean.
We recently moved to Tennessee from California and while enroute found out our house would not be ready upon our arrival. With 4 adults and 4 dogs I had to scramble to find a place to stay temporarily. This place was perfect. It had a fenced in area for the dogs to run. The bedrooms were outstanding and the kitchen allowed us to cook and not deal with eating out every day. The owners live onsite and were super friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and would recommend this place to anyone.
This property met our needs during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. For what the cottage may lack (only the accessibility of the bathroom comes to mind), is made up by it's cleanliness, cute decor and attention to details to make your stay comfortable. The fenced yard for the dogs was a huge plus. The property owner, Jaclyn, is lovely and very welcoming. It's clear she cares that guests are comfortable in her cottage.
A really sweet place to stay while in a long road trip with kids and pups. Nice friendly hosts too
We were in town for only one night for a graduation and had the best time at this property. Canโt say enough good things about it!
The Cottage was ideal for our stay in Knoxville. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the outdoor fire pit and picnic area was perfect for having family over for a cookout and games. The owners were magnificent. Great communication and personable. They were close enough to be helpful but respected our privacy. Wonderful stay.
Host thought of everything, lovely property. Lots of extras for the guests. Fenced area for our dogs. Property is in back yard of main house but we were given our privacy. Very charming cottage.
This was my second stay at this property. Jaclyn is a great host who thinks of all the little things that make her guests feel right at home. Quiet, relaxing house where you can unwind after your day exploring Knoxville. Highly recommend this property!
Jacklyn is an amazing host! Extremely helpful and friendly! The space is beautiful and cozy! We would stay here again for our next trip to Knoxville!
Fantastic stay. Minutes from downtown and yet feels like your out in the country. Great host with all the personal touches. Will definitely come back.
Jaclyn was a gracious hostess and the home is so cozy! Clean, beautiful views, comfortable, and felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. Jaclyn was super responsive and welcoming. She puts a lot of effort into making your stay easy and enjoyable and i would love to stay again next time!
This adorable cottage sits on a hill with a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sunrises were photo worthy! Host was so nice and helpful. Very clean with pet friendly atmosphere That I appreciate so much! Will hopefully come back one day!
Such a cute little cottage! We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable, welcoming little home!
My son and I stayed just a few days to check out the Tennessee football game. The house is beautiful and in the ideal location to use as a central point to do so many things in Knoxville and the surrounding area!
Great view!! Had all the things (snacks, drinks pet treats โค๏ธ, and a drawer full of anything you forgot.) The owners of this sweet little cottage were also sweet and easy to talk to.
When me and my wife travel, we usually stay in hotels. But when her mother travels with us, we lose our dogsitter, so we need to take our 2 mini dachshunds with us. If you've ever stayed in a hotel with 2 dogs, then you probably understand when I tell you that it isn't any fun. So, we default to places like this: pet friendly with a fenced in yard along with being clean and comfortable. This quaint little cottage checked all those boxes and then some! The host, Jaclyn, is the hostess with the most'ess! It's the small details that really pop on this one. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and coffee (there was even soda in the fridge), she also had small treats for the dogs, and the bathroom toiletries were high quality. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone as well. Parking was great; it was literally right next to the gate so easy access. 10 steps and you're in the house. We drove to downtown Knoxville on numerous occasions, and it only took 15 minutes. The area was quiet, the host's house is the main house on the property so there weren't any other houses within ear shot. Jaclyn was very communicative, we texted back and forth even though there wasn't much to text about. We were 3 adults and 2 small dogs and we were very comfortable. The house isn't large so I wouldn't recommend putting too many people in here at once. But if you're a small group and traveling with pets, this is definitely a good house to go with. Probably one of the best we've stayed at. Highly recommend.
Quaint place with everything you need, well kept and very comfortable.
Great escape location away from the bustle of Knoxville. Jaclyn was quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautiful property!
Cute cottage for a quick visit to Knoxville! Inside is nicely decorated and extremely clean. Thanks for a great stay!
A very quaint little place with lots of extras provided by the Host. Enjoyed a quiet weekend to step away and catch up on reading and relaxing, along with a few trips to parks close by to walk my dog. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was full of everything you would need, and more. The bathroom is tiny and that was okay. The cottage is very nice and clean, a unique place close to downtown Knoxville if you want to get out and about. Thank you for a weekend getaway!
