Walk to everything! Quiet downtown guest cottage.

We had a fantastic stay … the cottage is pure joy … perfect location to get around and walk to bars , restaurants etc. we found a modern , beautifully decorated cottage with everything that you would need and generous provisions . A world class stay … highly recommend

John's property was even better than described. It was clean, quiet and cute. My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful time. The location was walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The welcoming and personal touches that John added (treats, eye masks for sleeping, wine, guides) made us feel very welcome. We will absolutely stay here when we are in town again. We highly recommend staying at John's place when you visit Lafayette.

Everything was charming, we hope our dogs didn't disturb too much but they were very comfortable. Thank you, we enjoyed.

Everything was exactly as described in this very cozy, lovingly furnished cottage. Nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.Everything was within walking distance - it was very refreshing to see great, small, independent shops instead of chain stores downtown

This cottage was exactly what my husband and I needed for a quick weekend getaway. It was very comfortable and well appointed and was walking distance to many fun places in downtown. We never felt unsafe and truly enjoyed our stay! 10/10 recommend!

Great Location near downtown and awesome small cottage. The owner has taken great care in making this cottage the best it can be. Very comfortable and relaxing. Lots of small owner details that make it wonderful. Great decor and well appointed with everything you need. I would return for sure if I am in the area.

This quite, cozy, very well equipped cottage was a perfect fit for our weekend getaway! We explored the area's food and spirits. The location is very convenient to great food, breweries and even a rum distillery. Love the private walk to the cottage, outdoor space and the inside very clean and cozy! I would love to stay here again!

Loved the place and our stay!! Great amount of space for me and my husband. Host was very informative!! Wish there were nlinds on the top windows to help keep out the sun lol. Just know it's in the back, we tried to go into the home in the front without knowing lol

The cottage was very nice! The only negative is that the description never said anything about being a mother in law sweet … behind the main house. The bed was absolutely amazing

Wowsa!!! We booked last minute for trip to see my sister and wanted cozy, safe place near downtown. Didn’t realize we were the first guests until second night! Brand new place perfectly stocked and decorated. Easy to get to and one block from bottom of Jefferson/downtown. Felt very safe. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Kitchen worked well when we had bad weather and decided to stay in for smorgasbord supper of goodies from farmers market and a movie!! Off street parking a plus. Felt very private and luxurious!!! Special touches were appreciated. Will definitely stay again!! Well done indeed!!!
