Stayed Aug 29, 2025DO NOT STAY HERE!This property is in unacceptable condition. It is infested with cockroaches, spiders, and ants, with droppings visible throughout the house. The home was clearly not cleaned, inspected, or properly maintained prior to our arrival and appeared uninhabited for an extended period.The host failed to resolve these serious issues during our stay and could not even arrange a cleaning service. I had to escalate to VRBO directly just to get in touch with Evolve Property Management. On top of this, we had to go out and buy batteries because the keypad for the lock was dead and we couldn’t secure the property when leaving. Beyond the infestation, the toilets were stained yellow, the shower faucets were pulling out of the walls, and the couch smelled strongly of wet dog.I am still waiting for any response from Evolve Property Management or the homeowner on how they plan to address this misrepresentation. As of now, nothing has been done to rectify this unacceptable experience. Renters beware.*These are just some of the pictures of the pests. It’s pretty much throughout the house.*

Stayed Mar 18, 2025Lollipop cottage is a good choice for a stay in Roswell. It is ideally located within walking distance of lively Canton Street and its nightlife as well as many of the local places of interestThe cottage appears to be newly renovated but it is an old structure and this shows. It is tastefully decorated and has most of the essentials required for a pleasant stay. Check-in and out is a breeze.
