The apartment has two bedrooms: one a spacious double and one twin with single beds, both rooms have a double wardrobe and ample storage. There is a spacious lounge with two comfortable sofas affording fantastic views as you relax on your breakin the fully heated apartment.

A dining table with four chairs together with a SMART internet TV and wireless high-speed fibre broadband are in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge as well as a wide range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

In the bathroom, there is a bath and separate shower cubicle along with plentiful supplies of towels in additional to the utility cupboard containing a washing machine for your convenience. This stunning third-floor apartment is accessed by a communal stairwell of 53 steps, and when you enter the living room you will be astounded by the breathtaking view.

Pay and display parking is right outside the apartment and free parking five minutes walk away. The town's amenities are within an easy walking distance of the apartment, with Morelli's cafe just a few doors away, so everything is conveniently located for your needs, as well as being perfectly situated for exploring the coastline.
