With beautiful high ceilings, this tastefully finished apartment sits on the ground floor of a Victorian building. Step inside, and the social, open plan living space welcomes you, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen with dining island and living room, and with views out to sea. The king-size master bedroom is ideal for couples, whilst the king sofa bed in the living area would suit younger family members or another couple, with a contemporary shower room for washing the sea salt and sand off your skin after a day on the beach.

With the golden sands of Viking Bay beach steps away from your door and a short stroll to a thriving café culture, restaurant, and a mix of independent and high street shops - the location could not be better for a holiday stay by the coast, with beaches, shops, pubs, and restaurants all within 150 yards.

Ideally situated for exploring Broadstairs, on foot and well placed should you wish to explore more of Kent. An array of coastal delights are within walking distance; starting with Ramsgate 40 minutes (2 miles) with its port and array of restaurant and bars and Margate 2 hours (5.5 miles) with the Turner Contemporary, Dreamland and Old Town shops and restaurants. Both towns are also easily accessible on the Loop bus. The cobbled streets of historic Canterbury are a 45-minute drive away and the port of Dover, overlooked by the famous white cliffs and hill perched castle, is a 35-minute drive away, should you feel tempted by a day trip to France.

A lovely 4 night stay. Property had everything we needed and the location was excellent. Restaurants, cafes, shops and beaches were all walkable within minutes. Great communication & information from host ?

Great location, lots of appliances although other than the kettle & toaster we didnt use. Very comfortable bed, difficult to maneuver around the end of the bed, also not really enough storage for clothes. Good shower. Flush button on top of the cistern needs attention, its loose and repeatedly fills the cistern. Some of the skirting could do with a damp wipe especially at the back of the toilet and also the hinges on the toilet seat. Overall a good stay.
