The property was great. As a 6'5 guy the doorways were definitely short but other then that house was good. Separating trash was different as an American but was fine. Close to downtown area. The ponies and sheep made the property great!!!

2 families with pre teens and teens. We really enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was cosy and we had everything we needed. The hosts and caretaker were very helpful as well. Lots to do in the area and a very detailed guide is provided in the house. Thank you!

Lovely old farmhouse with everything we needed for our family stay .. grandson loved his daily visit to feed the ponies ! It was lovely to revisit old favourites like Nolton and Newgale but also to discover new delights such as Plumstone Mountain

The property was everything is said it would be and more! Ample seating, comfortable lounges and bedrooms and great facilities with the gardens, games room and Shetland ponies. The kitchen had every kind of gadget and utensil required for any meal and the welcome pack with suggestions and ideas was very informative! Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

A wonderful property in a beautiful area that had everything we could have wanted. The children loved the ponies and ran out to feed them every morning. A special thanks to Sean for the very warm welcome welcome received and allowing us to delve into his extensive local knowledge. The only minus point we can say is it was a bit of tight squeeze getting around the dining table when everyone was sat down, but we can say this certainly did not dampen what was a really lovely holiday.

Very good communication with the owner and details of the area very good. The house was perfect for all of us. Mixture of ages. The games room was well used and we were lucky enough with the weather to eat outside. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and utility that took our Tesco delivery easily. Beds were lovely and comfortable and the ensuite was in a position that others could easily use it as well. Garden was lovely and good exercise going up the steps. Lovely sitting room where we could play board games easily, with wine from the wine cooler! Kids all loved it as they were completely safe in the garden. Easy to find and park. Unfortunately, we never got to the pub. The area had lots to do within 25 minutes. Beaches wonderful. Would enjoy visiting again.

We were a group of friends traveling through Wales, and this was my favorite stop. It was spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the outdoor areas and being on a farm. The town is not far from the property, and the pub across the street was an added bonus.

Comfortable property, home from home. Large tiered well kept garden. Secluded spot, catches sun all day. Very friendly local ponies in paddock. Only down side is, there are no footpaths for walking dogs from the property. Sean the groundsman/odd job man/ caretaker and everything else was excellent, a fountain of local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble for him.
