Stayed Oct 7, 2023Overall great stay! Great location, close to the water and beach. Plenty of things to do, the weekend was definitely not enough. We were able to go to Block Island via ferry and that was a short drive away. Had some great seafood at Matunuck Oyster Bar and Dead Eye Dick's on Block Island. Lovely stay for a great price!

Stayed Aug 24, 2021Host cancelled first night of a three night stay due to impending hurricane three days prior to arrival. I understood the situation and had to find new accommodations. I have yet to get my refund from this host despite numerous messages back and forth. Host claims I received a partial credit or refund from VRBO, which I did not. I have contacted Vrbo directly to help get my money back. Host is offering only 70% refund. I have used these types of accommodations for almost all my travels over the past few years and have never had such a problem trying to work with a host. Rude, condescending, and combative. BEWARE
