Twin Maple Cottage, a country cottage get away near Blacksburg - 3BR 1Bath

Loved it change nothing. Beautiful home . Quiet peaceful rolling pastures in all direction. Wish i lived somewhere just like it.

This property exceeded my expectations and was the perfect cottage for my family. It was immaculate and well-equipped. The natural surroundings were absolutely stunning. The muffins were scrumptious and much appreciated! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful cabin..Everything one would need. Very clean and comfy. Totally would recommend. Loved the cow neighbors..and the husky visitor.

This place was perfect! Clean, charming, and the host made us homemade blueberrry muffins! A quiet place in the country is great! I would bring a skillet for cooking and be mindful that the beds, while comfortable are only full size which for my husband and I being larger was a bit challenging, but all in all a place we would gladly return (especially for this muffins:)

This place is fantastic. Just far enough out of town to enjoy the piece and quiet. A beautiful home that literally has me questioning if we should move out here. A lot of personal touches... home made ice cream, home made muffins, personable owners. We will be back!

Our 2nd time staying here while visiting our daughter at Virginia Tech. Its such a great property - super clean, quaint, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We visited our children at VT for the weekend. The drive was a bit further than we would have liked but the house was worth it. We enjoyed the fire pit and having coffee on the back porch each morning. It was so peaceful and so beautiful. We would go back.

Lovely comfortable home

Super clean and comfortable house in the country. Very quiet and peaceful sitting on the front porch with only a few cars and some farm equipment going by the house once in a while and yes, everybody waved as they drove by! Not many restaurants around for dinner so we did eat in one night.

It is an amazing little house on a beautiful property! I say little, but my family of five were extremely comfortable. Jill made sure we were welcomed in good southern fashion, too! The only thing we REALLY didn't like about the property was that our trip was so short and busy we didn't get to stay as much as we'd have liked! If you can make the one bathroom work (and we did just fine), and want a true getaway, we would highly recommend making this hidden gem!

The home was perfect and so lovely. We felt right at home and enjoyed the front porch and back deck with beautiful views. Jill was a great host with quick responses to any questions we had.

We absolutely loved our weekend at the Twin Maple Cottage. So clean, lovely decor, even better than pictured! The personalized touches and delicious blueberry muffins were an added bonus. A short drive to VT. So comfortable, excellent communication with Jill. We loved the farms and the cows!

The house is new and immaculate. It is off the beaten path but only 5miles from everything. The personal welcome sign was a wonderful touch :).

Everything about this property was amazing. The home was cozy and very clean. The welcome muffins were a nice treat.

We had family over from England and they wanted to see the mountains. Although house is in the country side it was close to plenty of amenities. We wanted to float tubing on the New River. Was great location to the river and Blacksburg a beautiful college town. Host was very responsive and gave us some of the best homegrown tomatoes we have ever had would highly recommend!

Such a charming house nestled in a beautiful setting. The owners are great and we would definitely stay again.

What a great place. The cottage was very modern and clean. Enjoyed watching and listening to the cows plus we had a nice visit from the friendly neighborhood dog.
