I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: March was our second year staying at Tranquility. The house is very comfortable. The pool and back yard is very nice also. Location is a nice ride from Duval, but it’s easy to get to any part of Key West. Parking is always available. This year was a little different due to the covid-19. But, we will be back next year.

Stayed Feb 19, 2022The communication from the management was excellent. We did not have enough lounge chairs for 6 adults and they immediately got us more.The house was super clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses etc. There were plenty of towels and linens. The pool and deck area were amazing. There was construction noise from a house renovation nearby- 6 days per week. Parking was never a problem. The large upstairs bedroom had a bed with only a mattress-no box spring -kind of uncomfortable. The grill was an old Weber charcoal grill-in need of some repair. We cooked alot of meals on it, but it was not very good. It would be nice to have more beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we could use. The house was is .9 mile from Duval--walkable for most.

Quiet, simple, and away from the noise of everyday life, 1308 Newton is a gift. The house the pool , the location and the great staff made this trip the best ever.

Reviewer Comments: On arrival for our month stay, we found there was a parking space right in front of the house for our car. The house was clean and the backyard was beautiful. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. We bike everywhere so nothing was to far away. The street was very quit and neighbors very friendly. We have booked for 2020.
