Stayed Jun 5, 2026The check in instructions were a little confusing... They asked me to download a app to help with getting into the unit, but when I downloaded it, and arrived, it didn't seem like the app would help at all.. I ended up having to just open the key box to use the actual key. The outside of the unit looked a little dingy. The yard was a bit of a mess. They had a yard maintenance person come on the second day we were there and they cut the grass..but I would have appreciated being informed that someone was going to be there doing maintenance.. the lights outside near the fire went out while we were there... They had a loft area where maybe kids could go up and hangout, but it was SKETCHY to get up onto to say the least.. Be prepared to have to crouch/crawl to the bed on the other loft. It was nice to have a full bath and washer and dryer in unit. Decent location if you have a car. Easy access to the 5 and to Green Lake area. When I messaged the owner to ask about parking, they messaged back within an hour.

Stayed May 24, 2026The property is such a cute little place! I’ve always wanted to stay in a tiny home, and it was a very great experience. The Host was very kind and helpful! I was having difficulty getting into the house and she immediately called me back with instructions on how to get in. It was very clean on the inside and also very inviting, like the host put time and care into creating a good environment that doesn’t feel like a slap-dashed short-time rental. The outdoor area was great to spend time in, and my daughter and I even saw a wild rabbit! We would definitely come back here!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025It use app to operate the main door but we're not good with it. Luckily there's a physical key. I think we're expected to have our meal on the porch since there's no table inside the cabin except a little couch side table. We are not sure if the little TV works. We only tried it once and not able to watch a game. The hair dryer is a cold air dryer that doesn't work for my hair. Also the room heater in the bathroom wasn't working or we didn't know how to use. So we turned it higher on the big one.Other than that it's a cute little cabin.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Home was located close to public transport. This made it simple to take the train into Seattle. Also made it convenient for venturing out into other parts of the area. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Was fun trying out tiny house living.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Great location for us. Do be wary, not for large people with bad knees. You have to crawl up the stairs to get to the loft bed. The shower is short too, I am 5'6... not for a 6 foot man. I would stay by myself again, but my husband is out for the next stay.

Stayed Oct 23, 2022Lizbeth’s tiny house is cozy, modern and was perfect for our stay in Seattle to wrap up a big cross country move. Very clean, cute, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. The washer a dryer are fabulous! The tiny home is equipped with many smart features. We had 2 vehicles and had no problem finding parking. We had our dog with us and we all fit great in the tiny space. The bed was amazing! (I wish I had looked at what brand it was.) There is a darling patio with a propane fire, we enjoyed the sunset and a glass of wine- it was lovely. The yard is fully separate from the main house and fenced for the tiny house, we were able to let our dog out without worrying of escaping. Neighborhood was very quiet, and easy to walk around with a dog. There is a park just a few blocks away (Licton Springs). Location is perfect for accessing I-5 or the 99. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends passing through. Lizbeth was responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for hosting us we loved your tiny cabin!
