Stayed Jan 30, 2026This is a charming little house, was not able to control the temperature in the house during the coldest weekend Sarasota has had in a very long time. Location was convenient, neighborhood was fairly quiet. The host did their best at making this house feel clean and welcoming. (I did find a 1 baby roach crawling, but that could have been from the last guest who stayed there)

I will email the host personally on my opinions on what could help improve the stay for others. But the host responded promptly to all my questions and concerns. Had no issues with the property while there.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025We loved our stay at the cottage! It was very clean and comfortable, with a great AC setup—including bonus mini units in two bedrooms that kept us extra cool. It had everything we needed: towels, shower products, kitchen accessories, a Keurig, a cozy screened porch, and a good-sized TV with Roku.We only had to contact the hostess once, and she responded in just 30 seconds—amazing service!A couple of things to know (which we were prepared for): closet space is limited (we used a spare room for storage), and being close to everything means you’ll hear some traffic at times.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it. We’ll likely book again for a future visit!
