Private parking, outdoor patio area, charcoal grill. Efficiency style 325 sq ft bungalow with open concept floor plan. Has wraparound deck and outdoor seating. WIFI, Smart TV, Kitchenette includes a 2 burner stovetop, microwave, fridge, toaster and keurig. There is one outdoor security camera located at the top of the stairs. This camera monitors the driveway and lower stairs only. The camera has no visibility to upper or lower patio, outdoor shower or house.
