Clean, had everything we needed, excellent scenery, xtra friendly hospitality

Property was located near three vineyards and a fish hatchery! We had fun sitting outside in the evenings and looking at the wonderful view of the vineyards and mountains. There were restaurants nearby and a nice refrigerator for snacks and things. Hosts were nice and responsive. We enjoyed our visit and so did our bengal cats.

Beautiful location and casita to ‘look at’ but unfortunately there is no comfortable seating to rest and put your feet up. The sofa was just a bench really, and so low my husband had a hard time of it. No other chairs except the tall barstools. Secondly, it was very dusty and dirty- appliances, mirrors, floor, counters- even the coffee pot, gross. Even the patio was dirty and tattered. Sad for such a lovely property. Very disappointed. We planned and paid for 3 nights but left the next morning. No way it was going to work for us. These things aren’t mentioned in the cancellation policy. Owners were very nice. If they reach out and credit us for two nights I would be happy to update this review.

Our stay was so relaxing. It was important to us that our senior dogs were able to enjoy some vacation time with us. We thank Sam & Sylvia for their hospitality! They have a lovely spot that is central to all if the other vineyards in the area.

quiet and out of the way. response time for communication slow or nothing at all. snacks outdated and decor needed dusting. No temp control. Beautiful area and close to many small towns.

Can’t recommend this property enough! Absolutely beautiful room and the best sanctuary great location for all the hiking activities we wanted but coming home to relax with wine and cheese in the patio was just what we were looking for. Great location but enough distance from the typical tourist activity that we didn’t want. Slept so well!The property hosts are lovely and accessible if there is anything you need

Amazing ambience with a lot of attention to details! Host/hostess were very gracious and welcoming. Walking distance to several wineries if that’s your thing!

Samuel & Silvana made our stay easy and comfortable! They make themselves readily available if needed. We were so impressed with our accommodations both for comfort and design. The location was off the beaten path, but not in any way too far off. We recommend and would return, if our travels were to take us in that direction again!

Location was great, hosts were very friendly and responsive. The cottage was very beautiful, my dogs enjoyed playing in the patio. The views from the cottage are great, I would highly recommend.

Samuel was a great host. The cottege was perfect for a couple and their dog.

We absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave.During the day we could linger outside on the lanai with our wine and enjoy the beautiful view with our dogs. At night we had a comfortable, cozy bed to sleep in that you just didn't want to get out of in the morning.We are already planning a return visit next year!

We had a wonderful stay! Absolutely beautiful property and very clean. Bed was comfortable. The hosts, Sam and Silvina, are very sweet and very dog friendly! I was just hoping to taste some of their wine as part of our stay. Maybe next time!

This is our absolute favorite place to stay! Owners are wonderful and our visit is always relaxing & perfect. The views this time were fabulous with the fall color changes.We always are sad to leave.

Beautiful views in a lovely location. Cottage is perfect for two and has everything you need. However, there is a musty smell that is overwhelming and concerning. Because of this, I would be hard-pressed to stay again.

Perfect location & great for 2 ppl and our pup. The hosts were wonderful & we wish we could have moved in permanently. Beautiful views, peaceful setting and so many great vineyards 5 minutes away. Loved every minute of our stay & it was extra special getting to chat it up with Samuel & Silvina, they are truly salt of the earth ppl and made us feel welcomed.Thank you again! We will be back

Excellent property,location and host

My husband and I stayed for a few days to celebrate our birthdays and relax in the Page Springs area. The location was perfect, the property is quiet, and the casita was clean and had enough room for the two of us.

The cottage was up on a hill overlooking vineyards. Very lovely and peaceful. Hosts greeted us and showed us around

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is beautiful and very quiet. It was nice having a fence around the patio so our dogs could be off leash. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The host were close by if we needed them. We highly recommend this place if your looking for peace and quiet.

Fantastic quiet cottage. The perfect spot for a long birthday weekend getaway. Short drive to Sedona, but we spent a lot of time exploring the area near the rental. Sam was a great host. Make sure you take his advice on where to eat - we had some fabulous dining experiences!

The host, Samuel (Sammy) made this gorgeous property stand out so much further than it already did. There is room for you to have your own space at this property, but if you need anything, Sammy is just a text away! I'm amazed. It was truly like staying at a friend's guest house for the weekend. Thank you Sam! You're the BEST!

Cozy little place in a great location for the nearby vineyards in Cornville/Cottonwood. However, the place probably just needs some updates/maintenance. The wall AC/heat units would not adjust, and we had to ask host to obtain the controllers. Didn’t matter because we still couldn’t get them to work. The very decorative wine bottle opener on display in the kitchen was broken, and the two wine glasses set out ready to use were dirty. A small thing, so we decided to clean them first, only to find the kitchen sponge was dirty and stained. No kitchen towels. The sheets/bedding had a foul smell, as did the bath towels. The bathroom heater did not work, and the light cover attached to the vent had a substantial collection of bugs. And I’m so sorry but for the price per night, I would not expect 1-ply toilet paper! Cluttered decor and damaged furniture (rips in leather sofa) really took away from the potential charm of this place. Beautiful views and great location, minutes from Sedona, but some attention to these easy to fix issues and it could be great.

Quaint, close to many vineyards and a fantastic view.

Not only was this the nicest host EVER, the property and stay was amazing. The owner was so kind, that upon our later then planed arrival he met us outside and when we had mentioned the only thing left to buy a bottle of wine was circle K, he brought us an Amazing bottle of wine and some pistachios and walnuts- this host should have a 10 star rating ❤️

This was the best 2 nights of our 9 day trip! Sitting outside overlooking the vineyard was amazing! The bed was so comfy and location can’t be beat! Can’t wait to go back with my hubby.
