The Vintage Cottage with riverfront access

We just loved staying in this wonderful cottage! The host was so kind and was able to recommend several ideas during our stay. It was well-stocked with tea, coffee, yummy snacks and the fluffiest of towels! We will definitely stay here again!

WOW Lovely !! Roomy, updated hardwood floors, large bathroom with fluffy bath towels, large sinks, many large mirrors. Plenty of closet space. FOUR POSTER BED {double bed}! Kitchen has vintage looking appl. & Keurig coffee pot. Very clean. Many books, board games, various colored pencils, coloring books, & more . Our first time ,we enjoyed our stay immensely!! This property was absolutely amazing! The cottage was very clean and well decorated. Teresa was very friendly and made the stay even that much more enjoyable. I will be returning in the future and would recommend this stay to anybody looking.

The cottage is nice, simple and pretty clean, except for the floors. Our little dog spilled some water and when my wife picked it up, the paper towel was black. The mattress was very stiff, i likened it to sleeping on a pool table.

An amazing property with an amazing host! Unfortunately we got in later than expected and did not get to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer. We arrived 5 hour later than expected and were met at the open gate by our wonderful host who gave us a tour of the beautiful property. We got up and sat on the river bank just outside the backyard sipping morning coffee and watch the ducks play in the river. I would stay here a million times!

This little place is a peaceful slice of heaven. Location, 5 star owner, relaxing, calming….just an amazing experience all around.

We had a fantastic stay! Teresa is truly the hostess with the mostess. We got a late start and arrived late the first night and she was very flexible and kind. Easy to get a hold of anytime you contact her. This cottage was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for our little getaway to attend a family wedding. Close to the city center and all the things Grants Pass has to offer. Right on the Rogue River. Relaxing and great view. Thanks again

We enjoyed our stay very much had everything that we needed to make us feel right at home. And had a buddy for our pooch to play with this place will remain on our list for future stays.

Therese was a great host and met me with the doggos upon arrival. She walked through the proprerty amenities and everything was as described. Loved watching the stars from the back yard and listening to the Rogue River flow by. So wonderful!

Love the location and host was great

Teresa's place is awesome. We were instantly comfortable when we arrived. She is kinda and thoughtful. Our kids loved hanging out with her dogs and the location of the house was nice. I liked the neighborhood and gated driveway.

With issues of the gate not opening being a problem for us and the property owner making going in and out difficult. Cute little studio cottage, not very private and more guests in other units made using the amendities difficult. Teresa is very accomadating.

We rented this cottage for an extended weekend with longtime friends from our high school days (60 years ago). The Boatnik Festival, jet boat ride, and great meals together kept us very busy, and it was a respite to come back to this quaint cottage in the evenings. I can't say enough about the comfort of the beautiful four-poster bed. The cottage had everything we needed, and the large bathroom allowed both of us to hustle and get ready for the daily adventures at the same time. While we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities this property offers looking out on the Rogue River. The saltwater pool is heated to 80 degrees, there is a BBQ grill to use, and nice lounges to enjoy in the sunny southern Oregon weather. The host communicates quickly in response to renting details, showed us how to use everything in the cottage, and made sure that we had all that we needed. We will definitely be returning before the end of the year to enjoy all of the amenities offered in this property. My plan is to enjoy the pool and just relax on the lawn while listening to the waters of Rogue River.
