The Terrace 2 is a terraced house situated in Rock, Cornwall. Hosting five bedrooms, including a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, three king-size doubles, two with en-suite showers, one with en-suite bathroom, along with a cloakroom, this property can sleep ten people. There is also a kitchen, utility and a living/dining room. To the outside is a rear garden and off-roadparking for two cars, one at the front and one at the rear of property. The Terrace 2 is a spectacular retreat, whatever time of year.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. There is one car parking spot at the front and one at the rear of property. Patio with furniture and lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps up to the front door, across 4 floors and up to the lawn in the rear garden – not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Reduced head height in top floor bedroom. Note: Check-in from 4:30pm and check-out by 9am. Note: Both tables can squeeze 9 guests on but by default are set for 7/8 guests respectively.

The village is home to a well-stocked shop with a superb selection of fine wines and cheeses, plus a host of fabulous restaurants and pubs, along with plenty of scenic coastal walks along the South West Coast Path as well as some excellent cycling routes along the coastline. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short drive, its easy why to see Rock has become a popular holiday base.
