The house was lovely. The location could not be better... view of the lake and so close to Sister Bay Park & Marina & restaurants/shopping. The house had everything we could ask for and more. Very comfortable. Updated decor and furniture. Friendly neighbors. Helpful and kind host. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend.

Another amazing stay at the Sister Bay Getaway!

This home is warm, charming, and well-equipped—truly an excellent choice! Every room, both inside and outside, was VERY clean and stocked with everything you might need, including firewood. There are plenty of chairs around the firepit and a picnic table on the deck. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the firepit. The front porch features two very comfortable chairs, perfect for relaxing while still maintaining privacy.The basement serves as a game room with ample seating, making it a great entertainment space. As a woman in her 60s, I felt that the home was safe both inside and out. From the perspective of a mother and grandmother, it is also comfortable, secure, and offers plenty entertainment inside and out.It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and the downtown area.The communication with the owner was excellent. Clean. Perfect location!

Easy to find and a great location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Everything was clean and neat, nicely furnished and easy instructions for things like the AC and WiFi. Big refrigerator. Would have liked a dishwasher, but the host kindly provided ample paper plates, etc, in case we wanted to use those. For those of us of a certain age (ahem!), a railing on the top three steps would have been helpful. Loved how nicely the yard was set up - so pretty! Overall, we were SO glad we stayed here!

Cannot get a better location in downtown sister bay! The proximity to the beach, park, restaurants, and shops makes this the easiest and most relaxing place to stay! Everyone loved playing bumper pool and ping pong on the rainy days in the basement. Such a great house!

5th year in a row staying at the “little blue house”….it's become a part of our family tradition every year and we couldn’t be happier!

First, Walter was awesome. I’d been to sister bay many times but this was the first time for my wife and early teenage kids. We had a blast and it was all due to Walter. He’s done such a great job and we could not be more grateful for his hospitality. Thank you so much. We will be back.
