The Seaside Cottages are located just across the street from Indian Rocks Beach!

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a great location and convenient to many bars and restaurants. The cottage is adorable and well appointed. The pool, hot tub and tiki area are the best. This place is our home away from home. Megan and Scott are wonderful hosts, great communicators and are attentive to making sure your stay is a truly wonderful vacation. We will be back for sure. This place is a gem for sure!!

Everything was outstanding! My husband must have said three times how this was the most relaxing and comfortable vacation we have ever taken. True. The cottage interior was beautiful and comfortable and just the perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved being able to go down the street and be at the beach. Coco's was very good. The perfect vacation was exactly what we had. Last but not least, Megan was a fabulous host! She was always there to answer questions. She was kind, courteous, and such a pleasure to work with! We would love to come back here again soon.

We could not ask for more! The cottage was adorable and included everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool and spa and the beach was a 5 min walk. You are in the middle of many restaurants and bars. Our hosts were attentive and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Location, location, location...Based on the information provided, we chose to use a car service to get us to and from the airport (we used Way 2 Go Rides and were very pleased with our choice) during our stay. There was a substantial savings vs renting a car. We were taking a chance that everything would be as described. The chance paid off as the cottages are a block from beach access (getting to and from the beach was easy, especially with the provided beach wagons), around the corner from Coco's Grill, a half block from two other restaurants, two blocks from a convenience store (in a gas station), six blocks from a great restaurant (Guppy's), eight blocks from another great restaurant (Keegans). We took sunset beach walks and then walked to the restaurants for late dinners. It was great! The cottage (#4) itself was as described. We had everything we needed. It was clean and neat. Scott and Megan provided enough toiletries to get us started. The kitchen is well appointed. We needed a new beach umbrella (the one for our cottage was broken). We notified Scott and Megan and had a new one the next day. The pool was a perfect temperature and provided a terrific reprieve from the mid-afternoon sun at the beach. We cooled off in the pool and napped in the lounge chairs in the shade of palm trees. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet. Megan and Scott's communications are excellent. We will definitely be back!
