The Seaside Cottages are located just across the street from Indian Rocks Beach!

Our stay at this quaint beachside cottage was absolutely charming! The perfect beachside cottage feel. Inside, everything was spotless and tidy, and all the essentials for a short stay were thoughtfully provided. The location couldn’t be better—just a very short walk to several restaurants. Be sure to take the two-minute stroll to Coco’s Crush on Tuesday for their all-you-can-eat crab legs! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and clearly well-maintained, with cleaning multiple times per week. If I had one very minor critique, it’s that around the pool and seating area could have used a quick brooming. Perhaps we just visited between cleanings. Overall, this place is a gem, and I’d happily recommend/return!

We only stayed one night in the cottage. It was so relaxing and quaint, didn't want to leave! Very clean, every accommodation you could need for a longer stay. Pool was steps away and private. Short 3 minute walk to beach and a few places to eat. I will definitely book a longer stay!

We loved everything about this place. Stayed 4 nights. Coco’s restaurant right next door. We enjoyed many snacks and refreshments. Very close to beach. Definitely would come back.

We had an awesome stay at Seaside cottages!! Such a cute place. Definitely small but it has everything even a washer/dryer!! The pool and tiki hut area is great! New lounge chairs and all beach chairs/umbrellas/cooler!! It’s got all you need. Quick response when I had a question too!! Stay here, you will not be sorry! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The cart, chairs and umbrella were a bonus for us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and coco’s being so close. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at The Seaside Cottages (#3). The cottage was clean and updated. Short walk to the beach and the pool was nice. We would highly recommend to stay here for a getaway!

Old school beach feel cottage!! Quaint, quiet and relaxing!!

Arrived late at 11 pm due to airline delays. Once arrived at cottage unable to get in with key pad.Code provided did not work. Tried calling host many times with number provided at time of reserving no answer.Text no response. After one hour of no return call decided to go look for a hotel at midnight. When leaving there was a number on a sign at front gate that was different then what was provided at time of reserving and called that number with no answer then about 5 minutes later property manager called back. Told him we couldn’t get in and he said he checked computer and he had to reset lock because it was off line and provided new pass code. Finally able to get into cottage. Host emailed back the next day and said “ I don’t know where you got that number you were calling”. The email was rude and unapologetic.Asked for a day refund and she said response was immediate within 5 minutes and would not refund any money. She sent snap shot of time I called showing 5 minute response. Did not show how many times I tried calling her number. Apparently another guess waited for 4 hours to get a response from her also.Emails were sent back and forth that were not pleasant from her trying to blame me for not having correct phone number to get a hold of her. Booking says no children and there was a child at pool. Host fee very high. No air conditioning, was fixed day before leaving. Cottage was nice, frustrating part was the host that had no hospitality or empathy for our situation.

This cottage was the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the beach, as well as visiting friends and family in Tampa.

The Seaside Cottages were just as advertised! The cottage was perfect and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and great restaurants. Or if you decided to stay in the compound and relax around the pool or enjoy the spa it was pure pleasure. Everyone on Indian Rock Beach was very hospitable and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully can return soon! Thank you Megan and Scott.
