Stayed Aug 11, 2024What a wonderful place! We are a family of four and were worried that our two boys would run out of things to do but they loved it! The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus. The house is perfectly located 1hr from Caen, 20 minutes from Vire and an easy drive to the D day beaches. There is a beautiful lake near by which has pedalos and canoes for hire and for adrenaline junkies there is the Normandie Luge and Aqueduct nr by where you can bungie or fly through the air on a 2km zip line trail. Close to large supermarkets but also a little shop 5mins away in the local village. The house if beautifully kitted out with everything you would need. The only thing I would change was a more comfortable sofa to watch tv in the evenings Thank you Marc for letting us stay in your beautiful home.
