Stayed Jan 1, 1Lovely site and we had a super week.We travel a lot and although the cottage was very nice we were expecting perhaps a higher standard when described as luxury.A few little niggles which we didn't worry about but Alice would have dealt with we are sure very promptly. Parking is very limited. There are electric car chargers which is great however we had an issue accessing these as non electric vehicles blocked access. There were only two electric cars on site and we think the site was not full.Possibly overkill but large signs indicating for electric vehicles chargers would be sensible but I accept because of the limited parking this might be difficult The children loved the animals and the pool. The hot tub was a lovely facility..

Stayed Jan 1, 1We spent a wonderful week for a family holiday with our toddler in The Old Farmhouse at Coulscott House. Having been recommended by friends, we had high expectations - both for the location and amenities on offer, and we certainly didn’t disappoint. The house was well setup for our needs during the week, with books, games and toys ready for our son to explore. Only ever so minor bit to draw attention to is that if you are tall (over 6 foot!) you will need to be careful of some of the door frames in the house! The main draw however is outside the house with the amazing site. Our son adoried the excellent outdoor playground as well as spending each morning out in the paddocks feeding the animals. There is plenty of family activities in the nearby countryside and towns should you want to venture further afield, equally there is lots to do should you just want to stay put. Alice and her team were fantastic hosts. We hope and plan to be back again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a beautiful place! Would recommend it to everyone and although we were all in our 50's, 60's and 70's even we enjoyed the facilities -swimming in the pool, and relaxing in the hot tub and walking the dogs in the allocated field where they could run free. Lots for kids to do as well, including play area and visiting the animals. The holiday cottages are relatively close to great veaches and lovely woodland walks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fabulous family holiday at Coulscott despite indifferent weather. The facilities were first class and the accommodation excellent. The complex is brilliantly located for the widest range of activities. We would strongly recommend the location for a family holiday.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely property. We enjoyed feeding the animals, the chickens and ducks were very funny. Loved the pool and hot tub. Chilly , windy and wet week so after a bracing walk we came back and had a great fire to enjoy. Devon out of season is excellent.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969It is hard to find somewhere to stay with 3 lively dogs which also lives up to the comfort and luxury which us two legged folk would like. The old farmhouse at Coulscott house holiday cottages had it all. Spacious, clean and comfortable with a wonderful farmhouse kitchen, hot tub to relax in whilst looking at the glorious views over the valley, smart tv to keep everyone happy on evenings in and wonderful surroundings including a field just for the dogs to stretch their legs. Other facilities on-site include a heated indoor swimming pool, bbq facilities and little shop on site. Alice, the owner, was always on hand to offer advice on the local area, good places to eat and the best beaches/ cliffs to walk the dogs. We would thoroughly recommend Coulscott to anyone looking for a dog friendly holiday where you can also spoil yourselves!
