Steeped in history and character, The Old Butchers Cottage islocated in a quiet and peaceful part of Matlock, nestled on a hill, providing stunning views of the town and the surrounding countryside. Known as the gateway to the Peak District, Matlock has been famous for its tourist attractions since the 17th century. Boasting scenic surroundings, independent shops and restaurants and excellent transport links, Matlock makes for the perfect destination to explore all that the town and Peak District have to offer.

Cosy yet contemporary, your stay will be made enjoyable with a fully equipped kitchen to cook and bake delicious meals, a warm and inviting living room providing games and TV entertainment for all the family, and a beautiful dining area to delve into your favourite feasts. With gas heating throughout, it makes for a cosy winter getaway. Child-friendly amenities are available, including a baby gate, highchair, plastic dinnerware and travel cot on request to ensure your little ones have a safe and comfortable stay.
