Setting was nice and house was very clean. The only issue I had was with the internet, we tried unplugging and resetting and it still did not work.

Property was as described. We enjoyed ourselves there. Very picturesque. Not too far from facilities like groceries as well. Quiet, tranquil. Relaxing stay in a rustic, cozy setting.

We loved our stay at this cottage! It was perfect for us. The adirondak chairs facing the bay were our go to in the morning and again at night. We watched ships and heron and osprey and enjoyed the breeze. We have a hectic life at home and had come across the country for a quick family event. The cottage was our haven. We love the view from almost every window. We didnt cook meals there, so the mini fridge was not a problem. The property was comfortable and very clean and had all that we needed. Megan was very responsive to all our communication. There is a wedding venue nearby, but it was blissfully not in use during our stay. I say that for the quiet that we enjoyed. The property outside is spacious, the porch is wonderful. We would recommend this lovely cottage.

My boyfriend and I came into town for my family reunion at Fort Smallwood Park. This was the most beautiful relaxing place. Place the beautiful sunrise in the east over the Bay was absolutely breathtaking and a great way to start our day. I will definitely be returning each year as my family has gatherings in Pasadena.

Great location and charming place.

My fiancé and I stayed for 3 nights. Upon our arrival we had a smooth check in. After inspecting the place we found an empty bag of chips under the sofa and noticed some tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and moving but other than that the place was in good condition. The bed was awful and not comfortable and the stairs leading up to the bedroom were steep which we knew ahead of time by the photos. The communication from the host was good when we brought something’s to their attention. Overall the view and the outside amenities are what made our stay enjoyable.

Our 2nd time at Herons nest and it was just awesome. The kids loved the storybook look of the bedroom attic and i loved the comfy bed!!A great playground and area to play...water view with 2 bald eagles, a Heron and lots of ducks and geese!The pool was awesome and only 4' at the high part. Opening 12 to 8pm (wish it was a bit earlier) was a delight after a hot day of play.

My now husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect spot for us to get away. It was cozy and the water view was wonderful.

This tiny house is cute and has a great view of the water! It’s peaceful aside of the noisy generator running at the wedding venue next door. It wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Floors had some piles of sand and appeared to be unswept. Some trash from the previous people was left laying around.

Nice place, air conditioning was excellent! Didn't realize pool is closed on Tuesdays and it was 100 that day

Great cabin in a perfect setting on Chesapeake Bay! The cabin is well appointed (except for a wonky can opener :-/ ). We SO enjoyed local walks, kayaking, as well as sitting in comfortable Adirondack chairs for hours at the water's edge! Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend last year and knew we had to bring our kids back this year. The location is amazing. The quiet and privacy can't be beat. We even took a quick trip into the city to check out the aquarium. The house is adorable and RIGHT on the water. You look out the living room window and feel as if you are on a boat! We enjoyed walking around the marina, checking out the boats, our boys spent hours digging on the beach, and we brought their bikes to ride as we walked up and down the quiet little road.It's the perfect place to go unplug and relax! We will be back.

It was definitely a trip to remember thank God for the AC and heat conditioner it really helped because of the water of course it's cold at night but it's understanding I do wanna say the sheets on the Queen bed and blanket was very itchy when laying down so I didn't sleep as good but my kids was fine so that was good maybe the detergent not sure but that was my only issue the blanket didn't smell as clean as it should so I use my blanket in the car which was good for the nights

We booked this property, along with the other property at the marina for our wedding weekend and WOW - we LOVED our stay. The views from this cute little cottage are phenomenal. We woke up each morning to watch the sunrise. The hosts were extremely accommodating and even helped secure our cake topper that we accidentally left behind in the whirlwind of check-out. This was the perfect spot for our first look as well. I would highly recommend booking this place for a cute romantic stay!

The property was small but didn’t feel cramped, it felt really cozy and sweet. The inside was adorable and we loved waking up with a stunning view of the water. We really enjoyed our stay!

Adorable, exceptionally clean waterfront home with loads of privacy. While the location felt more like a boat yard vs a marina, it wasn’t noisy nor did it detract from the peaceful setting.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The home was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The cabin was spacious, well-maintained, and furnished with cozy furniture. And it had lovely views throughout. Convenient private spots. The nautical-themed decor throughout the home was lovely and added a charming, coastal vibe that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite features was the outdoor patio area. It was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and serene, offering a lovely retreat. The location couldn’t have been better! We were just a short distance from the wedding venue, which made our stay incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our little getaway to the Heron’s Nest. It was just as described. The most important thing to me is cleanliness and it was very clean. The bed and couch were comfortable. We appreciated the coffee pods and creamer. It was very hot…mid 90’s…all weekend but the a/c worked great. Our favorite part was sitting by the water watching the boats and birds go by. It was very relaxing. We drive down to Annapolis for dinner one night. It was only a half a hour away. Great city! We had a terrific meal down by the harbor. Great stay! We would definitely recommend it.

Great location, beautiful views, easy drop in for paddle boarding from the beach. The property and pool were well maintained and up to date. Great Stay!
