Waterfront Apartment with Fantastic Views

Wonderful view of the water. Sally was a wonderful host and has clearly put a lot of care into the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the dock and decks. Great location.

We truly enjoyed our peaceful stay at this waterfront apartment. Clean, quiet, spacious with wonderfully comfortable furniture(indoor and out) to relax, unwind, read. It was close enough to Annapolis for our day excursions to U.S. Naval Academy, Boat show, Navy/AF football game! It was great to have such a peaceful place to return to after our busy days and my husband enjoyed canoeing as well. The hosts were lovely. Thank you Sally! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely incredible property and hostess! Directions were easy to follow and Sally communicated ahead of time. The property was just like the photos, idyllic and right by the water. As stated in the listing, there is a flight of stairs to get to the apt; not an issue for us but could be an issue for some. Sally's apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and more! It was spotless on our arrival and she checked in with us during the stay which was a great touch. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area!

The set-up is excellent. Waterfront property with excellent views. If you are looking for a place where you can relax, unwind, and have privacy, this is the place for you. The 2 bedroom apartment is kept super clean and the furniture, including a comfortable bed, well kept. The appliances are modern.The owner is helpful in suggesting restaurants, places to visit, and things to do. We appreciated the fresh flowers the owner thoughtfully placed throughout the house, and the choclate. We hope to return.

We spent a lovely few days at the Hale Kai. A spacious two bedroom property with a lovely waterfront view. Sally is a gracious and thoughtful host whose special touches included fresh flowers in every room and a dish of chocolates. I will reserve again on future trips to Pasadena.

Sally and Larry were great hosts! They greeted us upon arrival and were very accommodating! Will definitely stay again if we ever go back that way!

Our second visit to this charming apartment. Same relaxing views, comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, excellent host. We hope to return next year.

Every morning coffee on the second level deck watching wildlife and the amazing view on Rock Creek. We came to Maryland to celebrate our son Philip’s birthday. I grew up on Rock Creek on a houseboat back in the 50’s at the MYC and staying here brought back so many memories. And Sally & Larry took us over to see the yacht club on Wednesday because they are members. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our 7 days there plus our favorite restaurants were close by.

Our stay at this waterfront perfect. The beautiful views and access to the water made our stay memorable, while the clean, cozy interior was comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and scenic retreat.

Close to Baltimore, short drive to Annapolis and DC. We visited Baltimore area for a lacrosse game but did not want a hotel. This was the perfect respite. Very clean! Don’t expect fancy. Do expect quiet solitude with a beautiful view. The owners are very accommodating. They are on site but we did not even run into each other. We asked if we could swim off the dock. They were so accommodating! Even brining out a swim ladder and safety bouy for us. They even allow guests to use their canoe.

Such a beautiful location and so near my daughter's home. We enjoyed our stay especially the mornings, sitting on the deck with coffee in hand. The living room area was very cozy and looking out to the water was very peaceful. Thank you so much Sally, for sharing your place!

We spent a week at Sally and Larry's place and had a great time. The views of the water from the windows and deck are fantastic. We had a lot of fun visiting with our daughters at the table by the water and playing games in the evening. My husband and daughter also enjoyed going out in the canoe. The place is so well furnished and Sally and Larry make you feel very comfortable. We loved the special touches like the books, chocolates, and fresh-cut flowers. We will definitely be back!
