The set was completely renovated in 2018 and has all the comfort you need to accommodate 8 people in a beautiful, calm and unspoiled environment, surrounded by meadows and woods and with no other neighbors.
The Grand Potager offers 4 bedrooms with a king-size bed or 2 90 * 200 beds, each with an adjoining bathroom. The utility room is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the large garden which opens in front of the houses, tables and deckchairs are at your disposal with a charcoal barbecue as well as bicycles.
The village of Vérigny is typical of the region: You can walk or cycle in the woods and meadows in a very unspoiled setting.
The nearest supermarkets are in the villages of Fontaine (5 km) and Châteauneuf (10 km). The pedestrianized center of Chartres offers numerous restaurants and shops as well as cultural events.

    A fantastic property which worked well for all people in our party. The houses were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. A superb garden for playing games in and a lovely walk via the gate at the end of the garden. Although no amenities within walking distance it is only a short drive to the local supermarket and Chartres. Pierre is very knowledgeable about the local area and was available by phone should help be required. Overall, we have a very relaxing stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Thank you Pierre.

    We had a nice time at Pierre’s “Potager”. The house was very clean, spacious and located in a calm area.
