The Douglas Creek Cottage, Great Views, Cozy and Comfortable.

It was perfect! We stayed here for a hockey tournament and were so thankful it was close to the rink and dog-friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again :)

Great spot!

The cottage is well maintained to bad the really nice patio overlooks a trailer and a backyard yard of ducks and a turkey no view not the great view as advertised. It should be noted that the property is next door to the high school football field.

Wonderful location with a great view

This was our second year at the Cottage which we use as a base camp for our fishing expeditions. Everything was clean, cozy and functional. The location is great for access to the various fishing opportunities in the area. It's also close to town, which is handy.I have a pet peeve about most lodges, Vrbo's and country cabins in that there are almost no hooks, racks or hangers available to hang up your stuff. As fisherman, we have lots of stuff. The Douglas Creek Cottage has lots of towel racks and hooks in the bathroom, hooks in the bedrooms and hooks in the mud room. Bravo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a great location and extremely quiet area near our grandchildren's school. Being disabled to a lung disease, it was perfect being a one level and great open living area. Fenced yard for our 1 dog as well. Strongly recommend.

Place was nice and cozy. Beds were smaller that what we were used to and im not a fan of flannel sheets but otherwise a great place to stay! Just bringing my own sheets next time.

The cottage was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well stocked. Loved having a fenced in yard for the dogs and watching the deer passing through.

We come to this area 2-3 times a year to visit family. When possible we stay here. Owners are very attentive and this house has everything we need. The dogs love the yard and we love sitting out there with them. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Philipsburg. The cottage was just right for a group of friends near the downtown area. The cottage was clean and well stocked, anything we needed was there. We loved the town and the people, helpful and friendly. If we ever get a chance to visit the area again, this little cottage will be the first place we will look for in accommodations.

We all can't wait to book again next year! What a wonderfully appointed, clean, comfortable, charming, adorable place! It felt so much like home, we were sad to leave. I was born and raised in the Burg, but was never real familiar with that area of town. I would love to know it's history. I love so much that you've kept some of its original architectural charm. WELL DINE!

Property was centrally located to the rivers and lakes we were fishing. Close to town when we wanted to resupply. House had everything we needed including a mud room for our wet fishing gear.

Great location and great hosts. Home was perfect for our family visiting while my husband was working locally. Philipsburg is a lovely town. Great fishing, hikes, etc. Host reached out before check in to ensure all was ok. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

We went down to explore the town and hills. The Douglas Cottage was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The creek running along the side of the house provided a peaceful sound. The town was great with friendly people. The scenery was amazing from journeying through the trees, over the hills and views from the mountain tops. We so enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
