Stayed Sep 4, 2025Our hosts, Sue and Dave met us as soon as we arrived. They were amazing, Dave brought wood and lit a cosy fire, Sue brought coffee and a pot of tea. What a welcome! They even gave us a private tour of their home in the castle and the outbuildings. We were given the freedom to walk anywhere in the entire estate. Help was even provided when our Sat Nav was acting up. We could have spent our whole vacation there, and were very sad when we had to leave.

Stayed May 1, 2025We had a wonderful stay. Our Carriage House was fantastic. The grounds were beautiful with blooming flowers, shrubs and trees. We arrived and was greeted by Dave with a warm fire in the fireplace. Dave and Sue were quick to resond to any of our messages. I hope we are welcome back.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We had the best time staying in the coach house at Durhamstown. It was charming, comfortable, and the best fun for our kids. They loved exploring the property and sharing their adventures with us. The hosts were incredibly kind. Dave showed us around the castle and welcomed us, and he and Sue had us over for a lovely evening after dinner one night. Navan is a charming town and we loved being close to the Hill of Tara and Newgrange, but also having easy access to Dublin. Can’t recommend this place enough - thank you!

Stayed Sep 18, 2024Terrific hosts, lovely grounds and close to many historical sites. Two of us are avid cyclists and enjoyed riding in the area.
