The Carriage House - Downtown & Nat’l Park Stay

The property was in a great location. Quick access to the downtown while still being a a nice quiet street. Lots of restaurants and activities within a short distance. Check in and check out process was quick and easy.

Very lovely Carriage house that was perfect for a couple. The property was very convenient to all of the activities that we had planned in town. If I ever have another trip planned to Hot Springs for business or pleasure I would stay here again.

Perfect little home for my solo trip!

We knew that the carriage house space was small based of listing description. The bathroom, however, is so small that you can barely move at the sink to brush your teeth. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but we only slept there. We did not spend much time actually there. The parking was an issue because the people in the main house had 3 vehicles parked. There is no outside seating area. This is honestly the only rental we have ever stayed in where I had to strip the bed and start laundry (although there is a 75 cleaning fee). Good centralized location. Quiet neighborhood.

This is a great little place. Becca is a great host. Very clean!! Plenty of room! It is close to everything. Very convenient to down town. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Becca, I can’t wait til my next visit.

Very good access to everything.

Good place to stay that’s quiet and for quick access to bathhouse row and all the other stuff you could possibly want to do in Hot Springs. It’s quaint, but the price is right and everything is clean and in good shape. Lots of reviews about the size of the bathroom. I actually found it better than I expected. But yea, it’s small. If you’re just looking for a place for you and your partner to chill between activities, I’d recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed hiking in the park and soaking in the baths. We also enjoyed the nightlife.

Great place that was very clean and had everything we needed. Floors are a little warped and the bathroom is tiny. Overall, a great place that was convenient to the National Park and downtown area.

Great towels, very clean! The air conditioner worked very well and it has all the amenities you can ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee supplies. Super easy to get to all the Hoy Springs activities!

This place was a great location to all of the things that Hot Springs had to offer. It was in a quite neighborhood, so we rested well after a full day of fun.

Cute, comfortable and cozy. Perfect for a weekend trip. The location was perfect, close to all the fun, downtown, restaurants and hiking trails. Becca was very responsive and a great host.The only con: the bathroom is really tiny. For reference im 5’2 and weigh 140; it was a little tight.But overall, great place and very clean.

My second stay at this location and well worth the repeat. Clean, efficient and responsive property managers. This is my “go to” for Hot Springs lodging. Thank you!

This place is close to one of the most beautiful trails and not far from the Bath houses!

Everything was great

I think our cottagecwas good. A bathroom way to small. I compare it to a camper bathroom. I don't feel i should have to strip beds and wash my dishes or take out my trash. But it was a quiet place not far from anything and clean.

Great location to the national park. There is another house of the property but we didn’t even notice the other guests. This space is the perfect size for a couple.

Wonderful stay at the Carriage House...so convenient to everything there is to do in Hot Springs. Even the street that it's located on has such great architecture. We fell in love with Hot Springs.

This is great space to just sleep and rest in the evening. Very cozy and had perfect amount of amenities for a place you just sleep at between adventures.

Fun, concenient...easy!

It was the perfect little house for a getaway from home! The shared driveway was big and the others that stayed during our visit were nice and quiet! Loads of towels and was pretty clean!

What an adorable little place to stay. A quick one mile walk to downtown. Or a 3 minute drive. Quiet neighborhood, and everything you need for a relaxing weekend! Dog friendly as well! Only complaint is the pillows were terrible, I’ll remember to bring my own next time hahaha.

This was a cute, quaint little spot that had all the amenities we needed. Downtown Hot Springs was a quick drive or about a 30 min walk - just what we were looking for.
