The Birches consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, dining seating for eight and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is also a conservatory snug with Smart TV and a cloakroom. The bedrooms each have a TV and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and include three king-size, a twin zip/link (can be set up as a king-size on request) and a second-floor king-size. Outside there is an enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make a spectacular getaway to Cumbria with an opulent stay in The Birches. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.
