The Beehive - A charming cottage in the Perry District

This was a perfect choice. We needed a quiet, dog friendly and central location and got way more. The yard is awesome and outdoor space perfect. Fun atmosphere and theme. The owners have a great thing going here.

We were able to walk to the South Perry district and in the neighborhood. The back yard was WONDERFUL; quiet, well-maintained, and private. Homeowners take great pride in making the property welcoming and cozy. Snacks, laundry supplies, bathroom products are easily accessible and just what we needed. Homeowners brought bikes over, but we unfortunately did not use them. We'd book the property again in a minute.

We *loved* the treats left on the counter and appreciated the excellent condition & cleanliness of the property. Had all we needed and were quite comfortable. The only quibble I have at all is that I kept sinking into the corner section of the couch & had trouble standing back up (=: Not a deal-breaker at all. Would absolutely stay here again. Appreciated that the walk was shoveled before we left in the morning. Noticed also that the garbage was pulled to the curb & returned on garbage day.

This is such a charming property impeccably maintained and well stocked with all the necessities. I've styed here three times and would come back again

Clean, cozy and close to cool restaurants and pubs. South Perry is an up and coming community and this place is spot on.

This was my second stay at The Beehive and it lived up to every expectation of the first trip. The host is great and super responsive, the house is very pet friendly with a beautiful backyard and wonderful patio setup. We'll be back!

The Beehive is located in a quiet residential area that provides a lovely reprieve from busier locations. The backyard is a great spot for a contemplative cup of coffee in the morning or a comfortable family gathering in the evening. It was just what we needed for our stay.

Such a sweet little cottage! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially the heated toilet seat! OK that was extra, but dang, so luxurious!We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the park, shops on South Perry, downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming is an understatement. Hosts were attentive, kind and friendly! Every little detail was thought of for your home away from home. If you forgot something, I’m sure they had it covered. They even had a little basket of snacks for your late night munching hour. We were so comfortable and so was our 4 legged friend. The back yard was perfect for him and the dog toys were a bonus. We would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be looking for availability to come back and stay again!!! This would be our number one choice!!!!

What a sweet stay! From the first contact with the hosts, to the departure. Quiet, clean and delightful cottage. The kitchen is small, but you didn't come here to cook. A 10 min. walk to the Perry district is all that is required for culinary findings. The French restaurant was amazing, and the Grain Shed never disappoints. A wonderful post holiday get away with my dear friend.

Wonderful little place. It had everything we needed, plus the bonus of a couple apples still on the tree out in the spacious yard. One thing that stood out to us was how quiet the neighborhood is. Highly recommend.

Its was an amazing little house, in the perfect neighborhood for exploring Spokane for a few day, and the yard was perfect for our smalls dogs. We walked around the neighborhood and it felt super safe too.I love the bee theme, so cute!

I stayed here on a quick trip to Spokane. The house was exactly as described. I was only sad. I didn’t get to use the backyard, which is lovely. I would definitely stay here again, in fact it was so nice. I had told my sister and she has now booked a stay. I would definitely recommend it.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Bee Hive. Owners thought of every detail! Clean, cute, comfortable and cozy place reflecting beautifully in the online photos. Backyard gazebo was a quiet place to relax. Friendly neighbors, quick access to the freeway, airport and downtown. We will definitely return!

Set in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, this cottage had all we needed to relax on our vacation in Spokane. It was well stocked with everything you'd expect. The back yard is very nice and a great place to hangout when the weather allows. This will be at the top of our list the next time we are headed to Spokane!

We came to Spokane for our granddaughters state basketball tournament and this was the perfect location. Central to all of the venues, the house is very well kept decorated beautifully and so cozy. I wish we would have had more time so we could have enjoyed the backyard. The host was very responsive to any questions I had even before we rented the property. This charming cottage was so clean and lovely to stay in! From the heated toilet seat to snacks on the kitchen counter and the personalized welcome sign with all our names (including our dogs) we loved our stay here and highly recommend “The Beehive!”

We had a wonderful stay at the beehive this past week. The house is adorable, neighbors are super nice and the hosts bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. Such a cute and cozy house. We will definitely be back.

This is a wonderful cottage in a perfect area of Spokane. Large enough for up to four people, although the bathroom is a bit small for over two. Great, large washer/dryer. Kitchen works well for limited use because of its size, although it has all the ingredients you'd need. Large refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink and appliances. Just not a lot of counter space. We appreciated the welcome basket and plenty of coffee pods for our week's stay. The bedroom linens were the cleanest I have had in all my VRBO stays. Good mattresses. Great heater, which was important in the cold weather of Spokane. The hosts prepared for us beautifully and were available if we had any issues. We did not. Big enclosed backyard for warmer weather. We hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the backyard. The photos don't show bedside tables or bedroom closets. But they are there and worked well for us. Lots of drawer space in both bedrooms. The driveway is flat and adjacent to the front door. The front door lock is super simple so we didn't need to have keys. We couldn't have asked for more.

We enjoyed our stay at The Beehive. We enjoyed restaurants in the Perry District and it’s conveniently located near downtown and South Hill.

We just love the Beehive. This was our second stay here. And Amanda and Randy do a fantastic job setting it up for travelers and guests. It is so welcoming, clean and tidy with fabulous features. We’ll be back!

This is the second summer season I’ve stayed at the Beehive and it’s always a relaxing and wonderful experience! A very clean and well kept property from the comfortable interior to the great outside yard and fantastic patio with 4 top table with umbrella to the awesome gazebo with comfortable furniture and lighting! The owners, Randy and Amanda are very responsive to anything I need or things that need to be addressed. I just love them and consider them close friends!!!they’ absolutely the best!
