A multitude of seating areas offering a cosy place to unwind, while the conservatory area adjacent to the living room provides an idyllic space to soak up the views. Luxury is truly achieved in the bedrooms, with large windows allowing a picturesque view of the sea from the comfortof your bed. The kitchen continues to open up the space, with the breakfast bar and dining room giving places to socialise while cooking in a beautiful modern space. The Beach House lives up to its name by providing a coastal retreat where the striking location can be enjoyed from all aspects of the house.

Town: Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants.
