Great sizable place to stay. Very clean and a quiet and peaceful location.

Comfortable beds, great ammenities, peaceful location. We loved our 3 days here.

Clean, Quiet, Communication was Excellent. Good Parking Spot in front of Property.Improvements- Wifi and Individual heaters in the rooms.

This is a beautiful, quaint property. It was our second stay here. We could see the galaxy and do stargazing. This is a perfect property for a family, with all the basic facilities, and it's well-maintained and clean.

This place was great, it felt like home. It was certainly a nice place for a family holiday. Peaceful too. Would definitely come back again

Complete building is for guests, one bathroom three bedrooms. Heat goes upstairs more than down. No wifi but cellphone coverage ok. Close to Bannockburn wineries and 5 mins back to Cromwell supermarket and restaurants. Cromwell area is beautiful especially in Autumn. Walking trails in several places. Easy drive to Gibbston Valley, Arrowtown and on to Queenstown. Can easily spend 3-4 days here.

The upstairs bedroom for the parents. The ease of the driveway and parking. The short cycle location into Cromwell

Loved every moment of the stay.Could easily just have stayed and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere rather than gone site seeing.Would definitley recommend to people

The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, utensils, good size fridge and full oven. The full bottle of milk was a nice touch. Cooking basics like olive oil would have been helpful as we did a lot of meals in. Location to the river and trails was about 1.5kms either direction. The location was quiet with great views of the mountains. Close to local Cromwell attractions and wineries.

Yes the hosts were friendly and welcoming, Kitchen and bathroom functional and useful. Very spacious, beds comfy. Some furniture a little tired.

The Barn is lovely. It is a great size and can sleep up to 6 people. The kitchen has everything you need and it is handy to have a washing machine, although we didn’t use it. There didn't seem to be any wifi, but that didn't worry us, as wanted a holiday away from computers. We really enjoyed the quiet scenic location, yet only a short drive from Cromwell town.

Very nice place to stay. Well set up, clean and comfortable. Took the time to use the laundry during our stay.

This is our second stay at the barn and we absolutely love it there in a central location in the heart of Central Otago. It's a practical location for a go between of you looking for a base to commute between Wanaka and queenstown and enjoy the beauty of cromwell and Central lots of activities to do in and around this area. There are great rooms providing availability for 6 occupants without additional bedding we were 7. And brought our daughters portacot. Aged between actually she just had her 2nd birthday while we were there up to 16 years of age. Highly recommend and well looked after washing machine cooking facilities, it's just like having a home away from home.

Great spot close to town but far enough away to feel like you were in the country.Everything you need is 5 mins away.Host was very friendly when you saw them but were there if you needed anything.

We enjoyed our stay in Cromwell, with our main activities being Highlands & biking Lake Dunstan trail. House was clean, close to town, quiet location. Appreciated milk on arrival

We were very happy with our stay. The property had everything we needed.

This property was excellent for our stay.We were 5 adults & it was so spacious with a lovely lounge area & roomy bathroom and bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.The hosts were very ni e people & nothing was a problem.The location was just a little out of town but right beside the bike trail that some of us had planned to ride. Views were amazing.Will be back.

This cottage was everything the Verbo listing promised. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The location is great for exploring the many interesting and beautiful attractions of this area. We would definitely stay there again.Jan and Phill

Spacious house in a beautiful leafy location. Great bed & linens. Suggest owners leave written instructions on tv - although you kindly came over to help, we couldn’t turn tv on the next time. Also would be nice to renew grout in shower. Please reconsider installing wi-fi, helps us stay in contact with family & book ahead with stays etc.

Loved staying here, close to town, everything here we needed, fresh towels daily and my son loved the loft bed.

A bit of toiletries like Harpic gel should have been kept in the toilet when someone is booking for 4days or more , bathroom lock needs repair , other than that its a nice place to be in ,hence given 5star ...

We had a fantastic stay at the restful barn. The location was peaceful and accommodation had all we needed to be self catered. The hosts were friendly and made our stay as a family very enjoyable.

Stayed a few nights with my husband and the in-laws at this cute barn. Couple minutes from Cromwell, has everything you need. Would stay again.

John was super easy to communicate with and made us very welcome. Lovely little place that was a convenient base to many parts of Central Otago.
