Cozy little cottage with a good veiw

Successful four days for our family catchup. Stairs to bedroom/bathroom we would not recommend for the 70+. Property ideal for the short and young. Thank goodness for the side door entrance. Even our small foxy fell down while going down and coming up these stairs and refused to use the stairs. No communication made with manager. A recommendation for your manager would be to air the house our before quests arrive. Have windows open. Downstairs in particular was very musky even after four days of airing out. It made sleeping a challenge with the smell and sneaky mosquitoes who evaded open windows. Bed was super comfortable. The property had everything you need while away from home. Lounge and deck great sunny spaces to relax. Internet connection very good. A reversing camera almost essential for backing onto main road. Thanks for the stay.

Excellent location, amazing views and very clean and tidy. Peaceful and beautiful spot.

The house was everything we expected, cosy and clean. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped. A cake baking tin could be added to the cupboard. Access in and out of the driveway is on a dangerous corner. Thank goodness we took one of our own heaters with us. The heater downstairs is barely adequate to heat rooms for mid winter. We went for a quiet break and much needed rest. Unfortunately the next door neighbours held band practice in their basement for hours on end over two nights with the doors open. This was approximately 20 metres away. This was stressful to my partner and a disappointment for me. I had been looking forward to this break. I would not reccommend this bach to others on these grounds.

Very well appointed Bach which was amazing for my wife and my weekend break. Very quiet with sea views and a short drive to the beach. Sat out on the deck until late into the night. Recommend this place and will be using it again in the future

We had a really nice winters weekend here - beach walking, Piha cafe, reading on the deck and watching movies. A lovely place to stay, it is a perfect mix of traditional Bach but with great modern kitchen and nice linen. Lovely views.

A great spot, close enough to walk to the beach and cafe. A lovely deck to sit on with a great view to Lion Rock and the bush. Even better our four legged friend could come too.

Sunshine cottage is just that! A well appointed, clean & tidy bach, with all day sun. Has a great view overlooking the village, with a glimpse of the sea which was lovely to listen too. Vehicle access in & out tricky as it is on a bend of the main road into Piha. Surprisingly very little road noise when you are in the cottage or reading on the deck. All together a very comfortable cottage that we would stay at again.
