Sunset Beach Cottage, charming, clean & comfortable with ocean-view

We adored our stay. The cottage was perfect for 2 and a happy little dog. Lots of pillows and the W/D were amazingly appreciated.

Great cozy cabin

This is such a hidden gem... it is licated in a very small area where hardly anyone goes so it is Quiet. with lots of beach to walk... but it is only minutes awsy from the tourist stuff if a person likes... The cabin itself is small and Beautifully equipped!I loved the washer and dryer!! All a person needs is litterally a suitcase!!! We LOVED this SO MUCH and will be back!!!

Beautiful, quiet, stone’s throw from the beach however the lack of cleanliness inhibited my ability to enjoy the home. We walked into a home full of fist size animal hairballs. Human hair all over the shower with dirt, grime, and animal all over every surface. Animal hair on sheets in the bed and clearly was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Dog bowls with clean pots and pans. Grill wasn’t clean. To make matters worse, there wasn't any cleaning supplies in the home. There was a plethora of animal pet flea treatment and cleaning stuff. The only available cleaner was windex. There was even animal hair in the refrigerator. Throughout the entire stay, I had to continually sweep up hair and dander from previous stays. I couldn’t sit on the couch without putting a clean sheet on it, due to the massive amounts of animal hair. My family had to take allergy medicine due to the pet dander, dust, and hair. This home has not been fully cleaned in months. Overall the views and location are second to none. It has absolute potential, however the cleanliness and sanitation are poor at best. Like staying in a dog bed.

Very clean and well appointed cabin. Super comfy beds, but bring your own pillow. These were pretty big. Perfect for a couple or small family. Pretty small for much more than 4 people. Love that it was pet friendly and so close to the beach. It’s a lovely quiet spot with a view to boot. Recommend!

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

We had a phenomenal time here! My daughter was absolutely in love with how close we were to the beach. As a mom of a 4 year old, it was also wonderful to have morning coffee on the porch. I could not imagine a better place to celebrate 10 years of marriage!

From the moment we stepped foot into your beautiful property, we fell in love with the area all over again! My great grandfather, grandfather, father and I all came to Moclips as children. This was the perfect place to introduce my own children to the beauty of the area. The owner’s attention to detail are unmatched! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and pans, and even help came within the hour after discovering we didn’t have propane for the grill. We had a beautiful stay and, once the fog burned off in the afternoon, we built sandcastles and took long walks on the beach and even jumped in the waves briefly before taking hot showers on the property. Don’t miss the sunset! It was gorgeous! We had so much fun and would highly recommend staying here.

Nice home

This was my 4th visit to the Cottage, and it continues to be a comfortable, cozy retreat, with easy beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.My friends and I enjoyed several walks on the beach, and I even flew my kite!The Cottage is always clean and comfortable.

I rented this cottage and another house to accommodate our gathering of sister-in-laws. It worked perfectly and was quite comfortable.

We go every year and enjoy the views and the cottage. Its close to all activities we like to do. We can't wait to go again.

Nice older cabin with a peekaboo view between a couple larger homes. Updated, but still obviously an older cabin, could use a good scrub on inside window sills but mostly very clean. Kitchen was clean and we used the stove for several meals. Nice dishware and drinkware. The blackout shades were appreciated and the bed we slept in was comfortable. Pillows could be replaced. Nice deck and deck chairs but again, the deck chairs need a good scrub with a brush. Private lot, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. We had an enjoyable stay and would rate this cabin as good, but not exceptional as advertised.

Cozy cottage, If temperature was any warmer AC would me a plus .

We recently stayed at Sunset Beach Cottage in Moclips and had a wonderful time. The cottage was charming, clean, and comfortable, just as described. It was the perfect size for our family, including our son and daughter. The highlight was being just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. We made some great memories and really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the cottage. Overall, it was a lovely trip, and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Cozy. Proximity to beach is great. Lovely sunny deck with great ocean view. Comfortable furniture & a well stocked kitchen. Cute place. My dog and I had a great getaway there.

Adorable, cozy little house. Such a relaxing stay for a family of six. Nice assortment of puzzles, games for adults and kids. Amazing ocean views and sounds.
