We had the most comfortable stay. Everything was clean and well stocked with many handy items in the kitchen. I can’t imagine a better view of Lake Superior, and to sit with a book and cup of coffee is sublime !

This is by far our favorite VRBO we've stayed at. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Absolutely beautiful! We would 1000% stay here the next time we visit the area.

The location was perfect to stargaze, go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and drink coffee by the lake. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Location was great and the view was amazing! The bed was super comfortable as well. It is a cozy place perfect for a couples get away. The place has a very unintentional retro feel and could use a bit of a refresh. Cobwebs in the corners and dust on the fans so we couldn't turn them on was really the only negative thing we encountered. Check-in and out was a breeze.

The property was absolutely breathtaking! The cabin was very clean and rustic which was the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Check in was very easy and welcoming. The views were amazing!The only reason I didn’t score this property a 5 Star is because the neighbors were not friendly. One came on our porch and yelled at us very aggressively (swearing and belligerent) and threatened us for playing music by the fire. If you like to relax by a fire, you will have to be done and quiet by 9 pm. We also took a walk to enjoy the views and collect rocks and got yelled at by another neighbor for walking on the side of the road in front of his house and was told we were on private property. I didn’t know the side of the road was private. We didn’t go past the side rails at any time. Just trying to look at the views. If it wasn’t for the neighbors, we would come back again. The property owners were great and feel bad that this happens.

The cottage was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to see lakers/ships pass in front of the cabin when the weather was clear as well as see stars from inside the cabin with the large picture windows. There is one bedroom with a double and twin bed and there was a king bed in the master bedroom which was very comfortable. I do not normally sleep well when out of town because the beds aren't comfortable but the mattress was very comfortable and I slept great. We were also happy to be able to do several loads of laundry which was nice after exploring different mines and spending our days adventuring. This is a great location for visiting Keweenaw County Historical Society Sites and not bad for going down to Calumet and the Quincy Mine or up to Copper Harbor. My husband enjoyed running in the trails located near the house. We saw some nice sunsets from the porch and enjoyed playing games together (there are many to choose from at the house).

The cottage & location was even better than we expected. The cabin was so cozy, clean, well decorated with the greatest view of the lake. I had brought a supply of kitchen & bath items but found everything was already provided. There was a wide variety of games & books for all ages. It was so relaxing that the tv never went on as the view of the lake especially from the deck was entertainment enough. Location was convenient to all areas. We actually did not want to leave.

This cottage offers stunning views of Lake Superior. We enjoyed watching sunrises, sunsets, and the stars. It’s very quiet with only the sounds of nature surrounding you. The beds are very comfortable as are all the sitting areas and amenities. The only reason we gave 4-stars for check-in is that the key box code sent to us was incorrect. Thankfully, the door was unlocked, and we got the correct code quickly from the management company. This is a beautiful and comfortable place. We can’t wait to visit again!

From the moment we drove up to the property and saw the lake, and then entered the cabin, we were very impressed with this well-cared for vacation spot! It was cozy, clean and comfortable!! It was an easy drive from the cabin up the shoreline to numerous sights to see We hope to come back in the coming year

We were impressed with the accommodations. The home was great for space, amenities, cleanliness, and location. The view out the picture window was fantastic! we watched the waves and the northern lights from the comfort of the living room. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a beautiful cottage on a gorgeous Lake Superior. Everything was provided for our care and weel-being. It is a great place to stay and enjoy the luxuries of nature at its finest in the UP, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

The location is central to the area with the home being very comfortable and spotless. Very quiet. Especially liked the deck overlooking Lake Superior and Mother Nature put on a show for us.

Loved the property, especially the back yard on the lake! What a Beautiful location. Glad no one was in the house next door, for the total privacy. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Would bring a screened in tent next time, for the third day the flies outside decided to come out. Otherwise, WONDERFUL, would go back again and again.

Lovely house. View of Lake Superior from the front room is mesmerizing. Organized and helpful management: When we lost our key, help was immediately available.

We loved our time at the cottage and the views can’t be beat. Sunrise was incredible and it was fun to watch the freight ships pass thru during the day. The cottage was very clean, comfortable beds and bedding and so well equipped. Honestly it was more than we expected. We would definitely return!

The location was unbelievably beautiful. Lake Superior was always visible, inside or out. Great usable space for living, dining and sleeping. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very rural yet easy driving distance to Copper Harbor. I would recommend this place to anyone.
