Enjoy relaxing on the large sunny deck overlooking private semi-rural back garden and fields.

Relax in the spacious studio with large open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchenette, and comfortable bedroom area. Brand new bathroom in quirky, peaceful garden setting. Brand new android smart tv and nespresso machine.

Wander 5 minutes along the road, overlooking incredible sweeping views of Palm Beach, to the start of the path down to Little Palm Beach, the most picturesque beach on the island! Deep, safe cove, perfect for swimming at all tides.

The studio is a large 30msq space with a bedroom area plus an open plan living dining kitchen area. Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. Brand new sofa bed in lounge. Bed has double USB charging ports (bring your cables). Desk and chair available. Tea and coffee making facilities. Recently painted, with new curtains and full size fridge/freezer.

Property is sunny, almost flat, and with ample back garden. Fully fenced so safe for children. Large trampoline in the garden available for use. 4 minute (350m) flat walk to covered bus stop - easy access to ferries to Auckland.

The garden studio is at the back of a holiday home where the owners stay some weekends and holidays (not available for rent). The studio outdoor area/deck is private and away from the main house. The studio is fully self contained and has its own parking available in front of the studio.

Please note, the bathroom is reminiscent of an earlier Waiheke era and is external to the cottage. It’s accessed via a wide garden path, approx 8 metres from the cottage to the bathroom (the walk is not undercover). There are two steps up from the path to the bathroom also (the access everywhere else is completely flat, no steps). The bathroom fittings, shower etc are brand new (in 2023) and the shower is mains pressure - unusual for the island! It may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges.

The kitchenette has a microwave, large fridge freezer and 2 burner hotplate but no oven. There is a queen bed plus a single sofa bed.

One night stays may incur an additional surcharge.

Three person bookings include linens for the sofa bed. Two person bookings that require sofa bed linen will incur an additional $20 total surcharge.

    Our stay at Anaia's place was such a delight. She was very responsive to any need or questions we had. The home was very clean and we settled in immediately. It is in a great location near Palm Beach and just a few minutes drive from town. We would absolutely stay here again!

    Had not realised toilet and bathroom detached so not brilliant for older couple on rainy nights. All very clean and very tidy. Great prompt responses from owner. Cheers

    Driveway approach extremely scruffy. Although outside bathroom was mentioned in description it did not specify that it was actually next door-across the driveway and unlit at night, up 3 steps and uncovered for adverse weather. For anyone of any age and especially for those with disabilities, this was not a good situation for anyone who needs to use a toilet in the night.

    Very nice and clean independent studio fully equipped with a renovated bathroom. Very nicely located as it is close from the bus stop and palm beach.
