Sunny, Quaint, Immaculate Cottage in Point Judith/Sand Hill Cove-Close to Beach

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Very convenient to everything we needed. Clean and comfy. Thank you for everything!

Very quint home located in a very desirable location. Walked to Wheeler Beach (about one mile - easy walk) easy access to Point Judith and Scarborough beach. The cottage features two clean bedrooms, updated bath and shower, laundry, dishwasher and outdoor gas grill. Host is very nice and responsive. We would definitely rent again next season. Lots of great restaurants within 2 mile radius. We golfed in West Kingston which was about 30 minutes away and day tripped to Newport and Providence which were less than an hour away. The AC and fans cooled the living space and made it very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress may have seen better days but the twins in bedroom two were comfortable.

It was great. Hope to be back next year.

Wonderful little cottage in a very quiet, yet conveniently located neighborhood. Loved the cheerful, beachy decor; peaceful and private backyard and the incredible outdoor shower!

This lovely cottage was exactly as advertised. Holly was easy to communicate with, entry was easy, the house was impeccably clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The location is excellent- close to everything- beaches, restaurants, nature, and shopping. I wouldn't say it's walkable to the beach for little kids, but it's a 1 minute drive to Roger Wheeler and Salty Brine, and 10 minutes to everything else. You can see the boats docking and going out in the morning at the port from the deck of wonderful family friendly restaurants. The beaches were super clean, great variety of waves depending on the beach, water was absolutely perfect temperature. The cottage had a great yard, a table out back in the morning to sit and enjoy your coffee while listening to the birds, with nice breezes off the coast. It was well stocked, but we brought all our own paper goods, cleaning products, towels and bedding. It was very quiet after dark, perfect for putting little ones to sleep, had an AC (although you may not need it with the breeze). I really don't have anything negative to say, the week was just perfect. We typically don't return to the same place twice, but I would seriously consider renting this sweet little house again! Very much the beach property motif, a perfect rental for a small family or single renter. Wonderful area attractions close by. Neighborhood uber quiet. Nice yard front and back. Beds/mattress might use an upgrade, as could a/c also (possibly not big factors). Could use a renter's book (area maps, menus, suggestions, etc and yatta). Not a perfect rental, not supposed to be, the price was very fair for the fantastic area, and bang for the buck a 5 star spot! Holly (owner) easy to communicate and work with (also nicely hand delivered a jewelry item I left behind). Very nice rental, I hope to return!

Lovely stay, we knew it was small but it still fit a family 4 just fine. Loved the outdoor shower !

House was cute and very convenient. Owner was great and easy to contact. The house is almost amazing in how it’s right in the middle of so much yet it’s tucked away and very quite. The road was almost dead quite while being close to the beaches and restaurants. Great place to stay.

This little cottage was charming and suited our needs so well. We had another property we always rented in Pt Judith and booked this one only because our usual place was all booked up. We ended up liking this one better and will book it again next August, hopefully. The location is perfect, with a great back yard. We used the gas grill a lot. All rooms were great. Very conveniently located property. it was clean, and Holly was so easy to work with
