Stayed Dec 23, 2025Everything was as described in the listing. Clean rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. The kitchen is nicely appointed for cooking. The area is quiet. An easy drive to Canyon of the Ancients and Mesa Verde National Park. We had coffee at Lost Fox coffee shop and nice walk on the Dolores River path. Kelly’s Kitchen is a great place to eat. We would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025A stone’s throw from the river trail, grocery store, restaurants, and park, the perfect jumping off place for us and our dog over a long weekend. So clean and bright. We didn’t miss having a TV at all. Would stay here again.
