Stayed Aug 16, 2024The building is a small cottage, but since you’re just visiting for a place to sleep and store your items, it’s not a bad. Very close walking distance to the boardwalk and Oves. It’s in a very nice section of town as well. Very quiet if you go for walks after 7 PM you can hear a pin drop.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024The cottage has much room for improvement. The listing mentioned a hot tub or spa, which we did not find. There were food crumbs in the fold out couch. The shower leaked continuously. The kitchen sink had ants. There is very little room to move about inside the cottage. While the location was great, the accommodations were not.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Facility was not clean upon arrival. Housekeeper was sent to re- clean on day 1 Very scant supplies and simple requests for same not addressed by host. Outdoor shower not working. No hot water or functioning washing machine. Repairs were not made until Day 4. Cottage appeared to be moldy especially near a mini loft area with a skylight. Concrete path leading to house was in poor condition. Proper renovations should have been done before putting it on the rental market to avoid all these issues. The coffee pot and stove worked well. The location was good. We left two days before our vacation ended. Very stressful situation. We were refunded for those lost days.
