Sum Beaches Paradise Cottage 7

First time renting the shotgun cottage for my son and his family during the holidays. They said nothing but great things. Space was great, everything they needed was included, location was convenient, and our host was there if needed. Overall, great experience!!

Sum Beaches is amazing, reasonably priced, large cottages, great fenced in back area for socializing, (only item is a hot tub) every cottage is fully equipped. The owners are genuine and very accommodating!

Had a amazing stay here. Clean nice play to sit and grill and play games out back.. linda kept checking making sure thing were good. Will be booking here again. Also very close to everything.

Overall an amazing experience at Sum Beaches! The house was perfect for our family! We will definitely come back and stay again! The house is clean and has a very homey feeling!

There were many positives about the Sum Beaches Paradise Cottages and no negatives. The positives include: 1. The close proximity to the beach, an incredible pier to watch sharks and all types of fish being caught, local shops and the main attractions of the area. 2. Each cottage was a very clean, roomy, and well stocked 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. 3. The entire back area is enclosed with a fence which provides safety and security for children and pets. 4. The back area includes a large covered (Tiki styled) structure which gives protection from the rain and the sun for relaxing, and enjoying visiting and eating your meals. Some chairs are provided but you might need to bring some and your tables. 5. Two grills and a fire pit are provided 6. Toys are there for the little ones to play with in the sand. 7. A very responsive owner who obviously put a lot of thought and preparation into making everyone's stay very pleasant.

We have been staying in Navarre for several years and this was by far the best property we've ever stayed at! Very, VERY clean and comfortable. Great location just minutes from the beach. We loved it.

Everything was great just would have liked to be closer to the water.

This place is magnificent!! The property is amazing, the cottages are clean and stocked full of everything you could need (except food), and you couldn't ask for a better staff! O and the rates are very reasonable. I recommend staying here to anyone looking for the perfect place. Very close to everything! I will be back. (In September)

Sum Beaches Cottages were exactly as advertised. Very clean, comfortable, and close … to everything we wanted to do or see. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend others do so as well! Great communication with owners and zero issues.

Cabins are new as stated and kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and silverware. Is in a nice residential neighborhood.

Came to stay with another couple for 7 days. Everything was great! The beds are soft the place was spotless! The service was instant when we had a little issue with the door code. Met some wonderful guest while we were at the outdoor pavilion. Super close to the grocery store, restaurants and souvenir shops. Walking distance!!! The beach is so close too. Definitely recommend this place! The owners, the property and let’s not forget that Key Lime pie!!!! You won’t be disappointed. :)

It was amazing will be booking one of the cabins again. Very nice hostess.

This home had everything we needed for two adults, plus 18, 15, and 11 year old. The host was immediately responsive to the couple small things that came up and we very much enjoyed our stay.

This unit was perfect for our week long stay! The decor is calming and beautiful. The location is super convenient to grocery, restaurants, and access to the island. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.
