Sum Beaches Paradise Cottage 5

The cottages were clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was super handy to have the “starter supplies” already in the cottages. The cottages are centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The gazebo out back was perfect for evening gatherings. These cottages served our needs perfectly for a small family reunion/vacation!

Clean, nice great people to deal with. Absolutely prefect to stay with a group of friends and families or just renting one. Was very comfortable and will definitely stay again.

From booking through check-out, our experience was awesome. We have vacationed in Navarre and other FL panhandle destinations many times and this trip greatly exceeded our expectations. The cottage was better than expected, a short drive to the beach and local restaurants, and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. Pet-friendly was a huge plus and made our trip that much more enjoyable, being able to take our dog with us. Lona was always quick to respond and took great care of us throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

This was a convenient location for us! Not far from family or the beach. It was clean, nicely furnished and pet friendly. The key lime pie and tote bag were a very nice surprise! We will be back!! Thanks for having us.

This is our second consecutive year staying here. I have traveled to all 50 states and an additional 75 countries. Hands down, BY FAR , Sum Beaches are the best accommodations on the globe. They're spotless, well stocked with furniture & amenities, and close to all the NW Florida action. Linda and her staff are TOP SHELF, and if you're unfamiliar with that colloquialism, check the meaning with United Kingdom pubs. I PROMISE for all who read this, that you will not be disappointed with this hotel-rental property, the condition of the units and that they're VERY AFFORDABLE accommodations. You will be on the losing end if you let this opportunity pass you by.

We absolutely LOVED the little Cottage #5. Check in was super simple, and Lona was extremely responsive to emails. From the moment we opened the front door, we were greeted with a clean, fresh and cozy beach themed decor; and even found a welcome bag on the counter and a Thank You Key Lime pie in the fridge. Amazing first impressions! The cottage is in a great location, minutes from the beach, shopping and access to all necessary roads. We were looking for a PET FRIENDLY place to rent near Navarre Beach, that was reasonably priced....... Honestly, for the price, you simply cannot compare. We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay there, have already told several of our friends and family about it, and we and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay, House was very clean & well stocked. We enjoyed our visit and will be back. Linda was very nice and kept me updated on any changes.

This was a great house only 5 minutes from the Beach. It had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay at Sum Beach. Close to beach, and stores. Enjoyed the backyard area.

The pictures do not do this spot justice! First off, the check in process was very, easy. We opened the front door to an open floor plan from the living room to kitchen. Everything is brand new! They left way more than enough dishes, cups, pots/pans,etc. Everything we needed to cook. 3 spacious bedrooms, including a larger master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All the bedroom furniture is brand new also! More than enough towels/linens. There's also a big, private backyard with a grill. The area was very quiet, and most importantly for my wife, only a 3-4 minute drive over the bridge, to the beach. Communication with the hosts was perfect, although they leave clear, precise directions hanging up for you when you walk in and they email the directions to you before you arrive. Everything on this trip was perfect and we will definitely be back......probably next summer! Thank you
