Stayed Oct 10, 2025Absolutely loved the cottage!! The space was perfect for vacation! The kids enjoyed the family area and the sand and Corn Hole boards. The owners were very helpful in getting a cottage booked and kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I’ve already recommended Sum Beaches Paradise to multiple people!!! The A/C blew extremely cold and it was great!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025Everything was really clean and house was spacious. The back yard was really nice and they had fun activities for the whole family. The owner and property managers were also very nice. We had a lovely time at some beaches.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025I rented from Sum Beaches Paradise Cottages for family that came to town for a long weekend. The cottage was spotless, comfortable, and affordable. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very responsive. As a local resident I can attest to the great neighborhood and close proximity to stores, beach, and restaurants. These cottages are a great place to stay!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025The VRBO was clean, spacious, cute, and in a great location. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. They back yard area was more than I expected. It is a great place to sit and let the kids play. Toys and games were set up. The kitchen had everything needed. The hosts even supplied some getting started supplied likes small soaps, a dishwasher pod, a sponge, etc. There was even a couple of throws to use while watching TV after a fun day on the beach (several great beaches are just a quick drive from the vrbo!). Great stay!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was my second time staying in the cottages and I've been pleased both times. They are very clean and the staff is so friendly. I'm also ao happy they are kid and pet friendly, my kids, ages10 and 5, really had a great time! We will definitely be returning.
