Stayed May 6, 2025Rented this cottage for my daughter's graduation at Lander. My daughter and a friend were going to stay the first night but she sensed an odd smell and decided to leave. The next day when we arrived we noticed the unit had a horrible smell of gas. The stove was left on in the unit and when I contacted the owner, the owner informed me it was due to the cleaning lady. Thank goodness my daughter opted not to stay the first night. She was graduating Lander the next day and had no idea the unit was consumed with a gas leak. Could have been a disaster! Day two of the stay when we arrived for our night stay, we needed to air out the unit for over an hour due to the gas issue. There was also an Infestation of flies in the kitchen, which got into our packaged food. Beds were not cleaned. Dirty Sheets and hair all over in two bedrooms.Bathrooms were not cleaned either. Hair everywhere.I was very upset between the gas leak, lack of cleanliness, and to top it off the dirty sheets. Had to leave to drive home at 11:30pm after a long day because all hotels were booked up due to Lander Graduation. Sent pictures to the service company over a week ago. No response from the owner or evolve the service company.. Still waiting on a response for my refund requested. I was very surprised based on the great reviews. Not sure if this was a cleaning issue gone wrong but it was not rectified.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this quiet, well appointed home. It was a perfect getaway for the week. Minor issue at check-in was resolved quickly without a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for the comforts of home while traveling.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025We stayed for the weekend because we had a dance competition in town and loved the house! We enjoyed walking over to the nearby restaurant for dinner and the view of the lake. The check in process was a breeze and we would absolutely recommend this property!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024In my opinion, this cottage is a hidden gem. It should be booked up months in advance. Closeness to the water and walkability to Break on the Lake and the General Store made our weekend! Everything in the cottage was comfortable, but I think location is the best thing about this property. Can't wait to see the entire neighborhood complete.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay at 102 cottage. Very clean, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, cold ac, and comfortable bedding. I can't think of any improvements that I would make.

Stayed May 30, 2024We stayed for a long weekend while visiting family on the lake. It was very clean, comfortable, well-designed. We were all happy with our rooms. Amazing water pressure in the showers! Overall great stay!
