Stunning Full 3 Bedroom Cottage with Lakeview!

Fun cottage resort. The cottage was nice and generally well equipped but … the lock on the front door was not functioning properly and it was very frustrating. The bunk bed was very shaky, noisy and difficult to get into the upper bunk. No light in that bedroom either. No paper towels provided was disappointing.Otherwise a fun resort, great little restaurant and the lake was lovely.

House was nice. Although was annoying the listing stated check out at 10am, confirmation email from vrbo said check out at 11am and then recieved email from owner that we had to be checked out at 9am. When i asked for a later check out was denied due to needing to clean...which is fine except check in isnt until 4pm. Wasnt until I fought for later stating the inconsistencies were we allowed to check out at 10am. Then the whole reason for why we werent allowed to check out late was for cleaning....and it wasnt very clean. Normally wouldnt of said anything or even cared cause for the big things it was mostly clean...but the windows were dirty, shower glass dirty, under the bunkbeds dirty, huge build up of dust on vents, etc. This is our 4th time staying at La Casa and none of the other owners were like this. Also didnt have the expectation that we strip the beds, put on laundry, and be out at 9am...like sure I'll throw towels in the laundry and turn on the dishwasher but having to get up with kids, get packed, do everything we need to do by 10am is a lot and I had to fight for it to not be 9am. Also power went out one night, obviously out of their control but there were no flashlights or lanterns to use. There was a box of candles but not very useful without a holder or something to use to light them. Plus we have young kids so wasnt really an option. Location is great, lovely facilities, will definitely be back to la casa but won't be staying with these owners.

We stayed for one night only because of the fire situation, but the house and condo amenities look great. The view from the balcony to the lake is really nice. Our host was easy to reach and helpful when we need it. We had to cancel some nights and the refund came right after the booking ended, all fair and square. We hope to return and enjoy at ease one day.

Check in process was smooth. Location made it simple to access upper pool and provided a beautiful view of the lake. House itself needs upkeep and maintenance. Main deck was not cleaned upon arrival. Food on the deck and dirty outdoor table from previous guests. Glass railing had fingerprints all along the surface. Bbq uncleaned from previous guests. Inside, the kitchen drawers are unkempt and the place needs some TLC. We have stayed at other homes at LaCasa for the same price point and they have been much cleaner, better maintained and included more with your rental. That is something to be mindful of if you have small children. Pool toys and beach towels are NOT included with this rental.

Really enjoyed the week spent here, the place was turn key and had everything you needed. The deck was so big with the most amazing views of the lake. The resort was great and we also rented a slip at the marina, which had lots of parking so we would drive down, walk to the boat and go surfing. Could not have been better. It is 35 minutes from the nearest town but the store at the resort had everything and prices were decent considering where it’s located. There was a marina in Vernon that had a gas bar and pub only 20 minute boat ride away so we never had to take the boat out of the water for fuel. Gas price for premium fuel was 2.69 but worth the extra cost not to pull the boat and make the hour plus drive to the nearest town. Will definitely go again.

House had nice open concept compared to others we stayed in before. Large deck was nice!

Beautiful place.

From the moment we walked into the house we were impressed. Clean, had all the necessities, and the VIEW is breathtaking. My husband and I enjoyed mornings and evening alone on the deck and everyone enjoyed the proximity to the upper pool. We had a fantastic time and will be back!

Great location, close to Vernon and Kelowna. Amazing pools and great views.
