Studio set in beautiful english cottage gardens

Pretty decor but no internet,scruffy garden, noisy traffic,tv poor.Giant cockroach was the final straw.

It is a tiny space, but has everything we needed. Just one block from the center of town. Scrupulously clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

very handy to all Greytown amenities by foot or very short drive. Very Private. A bit on the small side but fine if you’re attending an event & don’t need to just hang out & chill for long periods. Very obliging hosts

Fabulous little cottage, perfect for our 5 day stay. Although small the cottage is fully equipped with everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. Theresa, Joe and Ankie were really friendly and welcoming.

There wasn't the 2 elements as seen in photograph. It was very small for someone 6 foot.

The Studio host was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. She was also respectful of my privacy, and communicated via email which I appreciated. The Studio provides a cosy haven, while being within easy walking distance to shops, public transport and local walks.

An excellent little studio very close to all Greytown's attractions. This was the ideal place for us to relax and enjoy our stay. Our host Theresa left us to it - the accommodation was well appointed and instructions easy to understand. We had a chat on our departure and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wood Street. Thank you.

We loved our stay in the cozy garden cottage. Theresa provided everything we needed, and even had the bed warmed and toasty for our nighttime arrival. This is the perfect spot for a couple spending time in the Greytown area.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. It was so comfortable with everything we required on hand. Just a short walk to the shopping centre so there was no need to take the car unless heading further out of Greytown.

An overnight stop, had everything we needed, and a good location.

Accommodation very comfortable. Well set up with everything we needed. From a gardeners' perspective, ' beautiful english cottage gardens' the garden could do with a little tidy up. All in all worth staying again.

The host was present and helpful but not intrusive. It was good having off street parking during a busy time for Greytown, with a supermarket very handy - just down the road. A pretty setting and garden, a tidy and presentable venue (with fast hot water) and a very comfortable bed! Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect location close to the main street but very quiet. A real 'tiny house', but equipped with everything I needed. Loved the sense of privacy, especially having its own courtyard so I could just sit and read.

This place is situated in a cottage garden in a quiet and peaceful setting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will look to book again when in Greytown next.

A nice little studio with a Kiwi bach feel.

Lovely, helpful hosts. Place as advertised. Needs a curtain over the bathroom door window for overly modest people like me and perhaps more cutlery and microwave cooking bowls but apart from that it was perfect and very reasonably priced. I would happily stay here again. It was very close to the supermarket and the main street and the road has lots of historic houses in it. Quiet at night. Host helped me with some information I needed.

Had a lovely 5 night stay in this cosy, bijou property. We weren't expecting it to be quite as small as it was, but it had everything we needed for our short stay and we quickly adapted to the proportions, especially as it was so comfortable and warm. Just right for a mid winter break! It was ideally situated for access to all the events, shops, cafes and restaurants in Greytown. Most of all, thank you to our hosts,Theresa and Joe, who were so welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We loved staying in your little cottage!
