Stayed Oct 10, 2025Was looking for a quick weekend trip to see the leaves change color in the mountains and couldn't have found a better experience. The house is situated on an operational winery with live music occasionally, a very friendly staff, and owners onsite daily. The house was well decorated and clean, with everything we needed for our 4-day trip. Close to many good hiking trails and downtown Clayton.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with the perfect night's sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the vineyard and the mountains, which was so peaceful and calming, especially when we sat at the dining room table. The location was ideal – it felt like we were nestled in the countryside, yet it was just a short drive to Clayton and Helen, so we had easy access to all the places we enjoy! The only minor downside, which is noted in the listing, is that the internet connection can be a bit spotty, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed Oct 11, 2024When I first pulled up and saw the house, my first thought was how cute the house was on the outside. Upon arrival, the owner of the property was on site addressing 2 issues they found prior to our arrival. They explained what was going on and worked quickly to resolve those issues while we and left their contact info in the event we encountered any issues. The interior of the house was clean & tidy. The views from the house were beautiful; looking out over the vineyard to the beauty of the mountains; photos cannot capture the true beauty here. If you want to disconnect and get away from it all, this is a great place to stay.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Very nicely furnished, this house has a paradisal view of the adjacent vineyard. A few miles out in the country, it offers plenty of peace and tranquility. If it is important to you, know that the wifi will become very bogged down during peak winery hours because the house shares with the winery. Owners are quite friendly and live nearby if any issues arise.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024The “Ruthie’s Yellow House” at Stonewall Creek Vineyards was beautifully furnished at right in the heart of the vineyard and winery property. What a treat, we felt like we got away to another country, yet it is less than 10 miles to Clayton and all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. The owners are on the property and very friendly. We will be back!

Stayed May 28, 2024Tranquility and Vino: A Tuscan Escape at Stonewall Creek Vineyard If you're looking for a getaway that will melt your stress away and leave you feeling refreshed, I’m excited to share our experience in the Yellow House at Stonewall Creek Vineyards in Tiger, GA. This charming accommodation wasn't just a place to stay, it was an experience. Nestled amidst rolling vineyards, the atmosphere was pure relaxation. We felt transported to a secluded Tuscan villa, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and the gentle hum of nature. The highlight, of course, was the vineyard itself. The short walk to the tasting room was a delight, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. But the true stars were the owners, Mark and Sandy. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the grapes, the winemaking process, and the resulting wines. They shared more information than I could retain on the history and nuances of each varietal with a passion that was contagious. The chance to sample Stonewall Creek's fantastic wines just steps away from our ‘villa’ in the adorable tasting room, and then grab a couple of bottles to enjoy with dinner on the deck as the sun went down was pure bliss. Each sip perfectly complemented the idyllic setting. The VBRO itself was beautifully appointed and very clean, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of rustic elegance. Whether you're a wine enthusiast or simply seeking a tranquil escape. Don't miss out on this gem! Dan
