Stayed May 22, 2026We enjoyed our stay in Cape Vincent despite the bad weather and the may flies (not sure that’s what they’re called but man there are a lot this time of year—who knew?) which, of course, had nothing to do with the property. Fun being so close to the water and had everything we needed. The communication was easy and the location is convenient. I would recommend

Stayed Aug 25, 2025Our stay was very nice. The location was perfect, the weather (which cannot be controlled) was very windy. The kitchen was adequate, all rooms were very clean and comfortable. Communication with our host was by text, she was very responsive.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This is the best place we have stayed booking places through VRBO. It is such a cute place, right by the water. Really well stocked to be able to just stay in a cook your meals. Beds were comfortable. View of the river is amazing. Best part is the commincation of the host and the nice small quiet community. We just sat out, enjoyed the river, birds and wildlife. We will definitely come back here. A plus from us!!!
