Ideal location, steps from the beach. Lovely cottage with easy parking and informative host. Would definitely stay again!

Tom was friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The site was cozy, comfortable, convenient, and extremely clean! We truly had an amazing stay and hope to be back!

Better quality sheets. Having suitcase racks would have been helpful. We were three older ladies.

This is a special little place. Great neighborhood and truly steps from the beach. My husband, two girls and I loved it.

The cottage was so comfortable and beautiful. It was about a 20 minute walk to catch the ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket, and very close to town. We made some friendly suggestions and Tom responded immediately, and was open to our suggestions. That’s a great host!!!

What a magical little place. The location can’t be beat. Steps to the beach! We loved the pool, too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Tom is a great host - super responsive to any issues or needs. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

This beach house condo was the perfect location! Steps away from Keyes beach in Hyannis. Well maintained and quality furniture and household items! We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 'Steps to the beach with an ocean view'. The cottage was a perfect size for my hubby and I, decorated so cutely and very clean. Communication with Tom, the owner, was very easy and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay.

The house is a perfect place to stay. Close to the beach and the town of Hyannis. An ideal location for discovering the Cape Cod area. We felt relaxed and comfortable when we were there.

We have been coming to the Cape off and on for 35 years and this is 100% the best place we have stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, steps from the beach, ocean view and in a very quiet neighborhood! My 6 yr old granddaughter loved the pool! Working with Tom the owner was pleasant and he was easy to talk too! We definitely would rent from him again and stay at this cottage.

I can't even imagine a more perfect location, a more adorable cottage, and a more responsive owner. We spent a week and visited up and down the coast, hitting the high spots knowing we had a clean, comfortable vacation rental waiting. I would love to return someday!

Nice home, great views and very relaxing stay.

We had a great time. It was very comfortable and quiet. On my first day there, I found myself lying out on the deck, talking to my grandson on a sunny morning. We also spent time on the beach, which is within a few hundred feet of the residence. Owner is positive and communicative. Great lead and follow up. A super choice and one we will exercise again.

The Cape is one of my happy places, specifically time spent in Hyannis and at Keyes Beach. This property ensured that my spouse and I were happy in one of our happy places. The location to the beach included being able to hear the ocean with the window open. The street was quiet, and the property included more than enough space for the two of us to enjoy. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Hyannis off season (April vacation for CT, but not for MA)! The host provided us with everything we needed and the location can't be beat! It's in a very walkable area, close to Main Street and the beach! We would love to come back again in the warmer weather!

perfect location, away from roads but walking distance to quaint hyannis main st, and very short walk to the beach, clean and confortable, perfect for a peaceful week , which we used to read and write. hope to come back. we would have liked a tad faster internet to download bibliography needed for the writing. but not complaining, this was fantastic week of peace, introspection, deep conversation, walks and chowda!!

To stay a block from the beach and look out the window at the water is the ultimate vacation! Even in winter this place is warm and inviting! The hosts are caring and communicative - just the best! This cottage lets you do just that

We came to visit Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard and one of the best parts of our trip is this gem. It was the perfect size for 4 of us. Close to the beach and the seashell collecting was amazing. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. We had some questions and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed the cottage very much. Central to all the activities we wanted to do. Super clean.

Pristine accommodations, friendly and professional

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!

This little cottage, located a 3 minute walk to the beach, was the perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We also had just enough room to host our son and family for one night. Great coomunication with host.

My husband and I stayed here for one full week with our 3 and 8 year old girls and it was perfect. Kitchen is a lil small but the full sized fridge and the rest of the amenities made up for it. The beach is really sweet and the pool made the kids so happy. Perfect 1 mile walk from Main Street that we did almost every day and about same distance to the harbour front. We will be back next year!

Our stay was wonderful. The host, Tom, was excellent at communicating with us (before and during our stay) and the place was impeccable. We had our two kids with us (ages 2 and 7) and this was a perfect place for a family of 4. We've vacationed on the Cape for many years, and this year's experience is the top of our list! The location is unbelievable- quiet street, safe for kids, steps from a very nice beach, while also being extremely convenient to Hyannis Center and every retail store imaginable. You can't go wrong staying here! Specific note for families w/young kids: having a tub in the bathroom was a huge plus; it's not too common in cottages down the Cape and is super helpful with little ones!

Everything was very nice. Great location. We were very disappointed that the beach was closed to swimming due to ecoli etc. That was the entire reason for the booking. To be able to walk to the beach and not have to pack the car and pay the $25 parking fees! I realize that’s out of people’s hands, but it was still disappointing.
